Elegance Hotels International Marmaris

As previously reviewed this is a 3* hotel not 5 as advertised... with the exception of about 3 the staff are unfriendly and never smile... The buffet restaurant is overcrowded and you are always having to ask for cutlery given but no smile. Food was basic and bland if your a picky eater you will definitely struggle here... there is ala carte but its pricy considering you are all inclusive there are nicer restaurants a few feet away drinks are basic and very limited choice also very weak ( we drank elsewhere and could taste the difference immediately) barstaff again not friendly ( one even told a guest to f off which was totally unwarranted) ... rooms are basic we paid extra for a land view and literally look out at rooftops and other rooms so do not upgrade. Wifi is poor .Cleaniness isnt too bad Entertainment poor kids disco same routine everyday 9pm _930 adult entertainment 10pm lasts 1/2 and is poor dance music played all day and night like it's intended to keep guests away. Would I come to Turkey again yes Would I stay at the elegance No

Just come back from this hotel for the second time and never fails to disappoint the location is perfect entertainment and staff including bar staff restaurant staff were amazing and I would like to give a special thank you to the reception lady (cansu) I somehow froze my phone when I arrived at the hotel and I had no way of contacting any family members to let them know I had arrived safely. She kindly let me use her phone to message people on social media to let them know everything was okay I asked a lot of people and they did not have social media. But cansu was very helpful so thank you very much to her. Would highly recommend this hotel and I’ve been too many hotels in Mammaris over many years.

We booked this hotel 3 weeks before got a great deal 1st time in this hotel but been going to Marmaris a lot of years tried many others but I got say this was best one we had stayed in food was great lots of choice does get a bit busy first thing before breakfast and tea but always plenty there it’s nice you can serve your own beer and wine in restaurant there is also a separate coffee shop where u can sit which is nice There is 2 pools one on front which plays all the music and a quieter one round the back food is served there from 12 so nice and quieter but it is for kids as well so in kids season will get bit busier Rooms were nice bed was quite big very comfy bed and pillows which you want we had a side sea view on 3 rd floor lovely view from balcony only downfall was night time with it bring on front we didn’t go bk room till after 12 but the Irish bar next door didn’t turn their music down after 12 which was quite annoying we ended up putting ear plugs in Very strict who comes in hotel as well from front Entertainment was on every night for few hours Would return again.

Our house keeper was always smiling and she like to chat to us every morning. Excellent manners wish everyone went to work so happy .. Cannan Alp Also the 2men on desk the night we arrived were excellent . We were there from 10th late into that night Suzanne monteith & ada We also had great spa days from April & another girl both from Bali were Beautiful girls .. The only this I would say need more than 3 cocktails on list for All . And had to pay £50 for 4 strawberry daiquiris which is more expensive than Edinburgh hotels city centre prices……

Aestheticly a lovely hotel ! Food is ok .. but alot of staff let the hotel down especially bar staff , everything’s an effort and you almost feel bad asking for a drink 😩 entertainment staff aren’t very friendly & not atmosphere is created .. but restaurant staff clearly work hard which you appreciate.. overall wouldn’t stay again down to poor staff and atmosphere 😬

I will start by saying this hotel is not 5* it a lot more like a 3-4 * We arrived really late and the check in staff were lovely and sent food to our room as everything was closed. Normally when you book all inclusive 5* you are usually allowed 1-2 evenings of a la carte nights, this hotel does not offer that but instead will give you 20% off the bill if you decide to go. The food was ok in the hotel at the buffet restaurant, but it was the same every day. My husband and I did get quick sick while we were there and we assumed it was perhaps from ice in drinks. The hotel is right on the beach which was lovely, but it is crammed with sunbeds. There is no room between the sunbeds, and you are in very close proximity to the people lying next to you. Suleman the bar man was very nice and very friendly as were most of the male barman. The female bar tenders were very grumpy and not once did I see any of them smile. I was unfortunate enough to have encountered one really rude barman and he swore at me, which I complained about, but nothing happened! As a nation we are very polite at queuing and waiting our turn, however a lot of the guests who were not from the UK, thought that queuing did not apply to them and some of the bar staff allowed this. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was clean throughout. We did have a good holiday overall, but I was very disappointed to find the the hotel was most definitively not 5 * which is what I though I have paid for.

lovely room,very comfy bed,small chic boutique hotel and not a rush for sunbeds around pool. pool area was relaxing pool bar was not crowded,food selection was fine and you always found something good too eat. friendly staff also. Room 359 Mr Mrs Rawson

It is not worth 5 stars = maybe just 3 stars: Location -- A 3-4 km away from the center, bars, clubs and seaport Restaurant -- 3 days, always the same self service in terms of food -- no service at the table, not even the drinks, buying a good bottle of wine was not even offered. -- Everything is self service -- two theme restaurants, only one was open,.. other not included in the ALL-IN, got a voucher for 20% discount on European prices. -- breakfast between 8-10 am, no early or late breakfast possible nor offered -- Self service restaurant dinner from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and clearing up immediately,.. and afterwards only soup between 11-12 pm,.. first day arrived at 10 pm and got nothing to eat. Bar -- only plastic cups after 9 pm -- always a queue at the beach bar -- Only beer, rum, gin or whisky, no other alcoholic drinks available or you have to pay extra. -- Poor opening hours for bar/restaurant, etc.. -- no service after midnight -- piano bar never opened Swimming pool & beach -- on the beach the sunbeds were packed together like sardines -- always have to get up early to put your towel on the sunbeds, the hotel itself was not fully booked, it was clear that there were not enough sunbeds. -- to enter the private beach you have to cross a public walking path. Service service -- no staff member could give a smile -- no tui operator on site Animation, varia -- ridiculous dance shows and music performed by amateurs -- Animation only if you understand Turkish -- photos are a real deception, yes there is a pier,.. but not accessible only for the restaurant paid extra after 7 pm. Room: -- no socket for shaver in the bathroom -- night light only goes on, if you turn on all the lights in the room -- toilet is not separate, but in the bathroom -- minibar room everything is paying -- impossible to get service in the room, was not offered. -- only an extra thin sheet available, have a bed sheet the first night itself had to ask for it not even available in the room. -- hygiene was ok General -- total rating for a 5 star = ZERO =＞ max 3 stars. -- Totally not recommended, you get no service here, is NOT worth the money

Weve checked in 4 days ago. Hotel restaurant is over crowdedz you wait at least 15 mins for a table to be available. No staff at the lobby bars to serve drinks. Rooms arent cleaned properly. Overly dissapointed with this hotel. They need to hire more staff to cater the amount people the have in this hotel. The food range is less and pretty much the same everyday. No kids animation either.
