Arkadaş grubu olarak gittik. Otelden baya memnun kaldık. Otele 100metre mesafede kendi iskelesi var iskelede servis sürekli devam ediyor. Yemekler kaliteli. Otel temiz. Tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Genel olarak memnunuz, özellikle hizmet kısmında sahilde bize yardımcı olan Vehbi Bey, bina içindeki barda sürekli güler yüzle bize yardımcı olan Simge Hanım, yemekleri sorabildiğimiz Bektaş Şef bizlere güzel tatil geçirmemiz için çalıştılar. Yine barda Ferhat Bey güzel kokteyller hazırladı.

I’d love to be able to score higher however I was left extremely disappointed to the point I booked a flight home 4 days before I was due to come home. The food isn’t great, i found it was the same food over and over again and it wasn’t hot at all. We did enjoy the pool bar however even that food came cold, we didn’t have the option to go out and eat every single day as this would have cost us a lot of money. However the deserts were very good, but again we found it was repetitive and always the same deserts being served. We found that even though your hotel rules speak about leaving towels on sun beds before 7am isn’t allowed this was happening every single day, and your life guard was accepting ‘tips’ so guests could have the pick of the beds etc. We felt ignored by bar staff at times however overall we were able to get what we needed to, but when asking for a Coke Zero they would put full fat Coke and sprite together which isn’t good if you were diabetic and drank that drink. Room was good it does need some cosmetic work but we were comfortable for the most part. We asked for extra pillows for our beds as I’d had brain surgery and struggle to sleep without being raised however this took 6 hours for someone to bring to us even after being told 30 minutes it would be brought to our rooms. We were impressed by our cleaner on floor 4 as she was brilliant, and Lily the bar lady she was fab! Overal I wouldn’t rate any higher and unless drastic changes are made to the food etc we wouldn’t want to come back.

The most fabulous staff with excellent recall of faces and preferences. Lilly Sello Adem Verbhi Ennes Muazzez to name but a few you are amazing ❤️ and make our holiday here memorable. The omelette lady who gives me double cheese you are awesome .

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff ! Truly an amazing experience. The best hotel in Marmaris IMHO. Special thanks to Lilly, Emin, Chicco and wonderful housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be as enjoyable as possible. THANK YOU ＜3 Plenty of delicious food and drinks. The best pool bar and snack bar. Lovely ,spacious rooms. Excellent bar. Definitely will be back!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel despite the storms that were passing through the area. As most people say the rooms were lovely,we felt so welcomed all the staff were wonderful nothing to much trouble which led to everyone seeming to be very happy. The food we found to be very enjoyable for an all inclusive and actually had flavour and the desserts well they were heaven as were the cakes in the little area just before the bar. We would definitely love to go back
