Arkadaş grubu olarak gittik. Otelden baya memnun kaldık. Otele 100metre mesafede kendi iskelesi var iskelede servis sürekli devam ediyor. Yemekler kaliteli. Otel temiz. Tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Genel olarak memnunuz, özellikle hizmet kısmında sahilde bize yardımcı olan Vehbi Bey, bina içindeki barda sürekli güler yüzle bize yardımcı olan Simge Hanım, yemekleri sorabildiğimiz Bektaş Şef bizlere güzel tatil geçirmemiz için çalıştılar. Yine barda Ferhat Bey güzel kokteyller hazırladı.

Sitting waiting to be picked up had a fab holiday after coming in may with husband decided to come back with my daughter for a short break, the hotel has definitely lived up to expectations, room lovely ,food been amazing especially the snack bar , and all staff especially dogan from the pool bar and yaman from the jetty,have looked after us and knew we needed drinks before we did and a shout out to enes who looked after us at breakfast lunch and tea all staff work so hard and hopefully will see the same smiling faces if I return next year x

We visited Casa De Maris August 2020 and had always planned to return. We upgraded to a sea view room (room 1135). The views for sunrise and sunset were amazing and worth the upgrade . However, you will hear the music and entertain very clearly, even when the doors are closed until approximately 11pm. But for the view made up for it. Our room was cleaned every day and we received the right quota of towels. The fridge was also replenished on a daily basis with drinks. The staff were all polite and helpful, always smiling and engaging. We enjoyed the food, there were many different options for most tastes. We didn't give any tips before receiving service. But did put some tips in the tip jars afterwards for kitchen staff and in the tip jar on the bar counter. We will definitely return again in the future.

We arrived end of August and the first impression of the hotel was great. Rooms are spacious and fairly modern. Cleaned daily. Hotel is quite small but charming. Very clean. Food was very good and plenty of choices for everyone. Little patisserie was a lovely addition to the hotel. I think it’s open between 10am - 6pm. You can always get a lovely cake and coffee. Staff is very hard working and over all lovely. Like I said hotel is charming and I would return but it’s not a 5 star. It’s more like 4 star. Location is amazing, you are on the beach and short walk to Marmaris. You can use shuttle bus, I think it’s 30 lira. If I had to mention a few negatives, it’s definitely the sun beds situation. There just isn’t enough sun beds by the pool for the size of the hotel. You have to get up very early to reserve a sun bed by the pool. People get quite possessive over them. There are beds on the beach, which are easier to get. There is a guy that brings drinks to the beach all day long, he works incredibly hard! Think his name is Rabie, not sure how to spell it. Guys working at the pool bar are ok, but definitely have their favourite customers. I think you’ll have to tip them before hand (a bribe ) only then you’ll get good service. In my opinion you get tips after good service not before. If you have to tip beforehand, that’s not a tip, that in my opinion it’s a bribe. Do not like the favouritism towards some guests that’s going on in this hotel. I believe that all the guests should be treated equally. Sometimes you can stand by the bar and just get ignored by the bartenders, they would continue to have laugh and chat with their favourites. Also I have noticed some guests would receive special drinks and the bartenders wouldn’t serve those to us. I found that very odd. I did not like that. This definitely needs to be addressed by the management. I do not mind tipping the staff but it will be at the end of my stay not at the beginning. Another problem is smoking everywhere. This is not the hotels fault though. People just smoke everywhere and are quite selfish about it. Everywhere you sit, there’ll be someone lighting up the cigarette. I think they have designated smoking areas but stuff is not challenging the guests. Also I must mention, the lighting in the rooms is dreadful, you can’t see anything. I will also mention spa salesman and photo guy are both lovely! Not too pushy and very pleasant. Would highly recommend using the spa and have your pictures taken! Well worth the money. Also luggage guy in the lobby, amazing and very helpful. Like I said we had amazing time at the hotel and would gladly return. Just a few issues (constructive criticism) but they can be easily solved.

...We have just returned from a visit in August 2024. This was our first visit to Turkey and Casa De Maris and we had an amazing time. After visiting the canaries for nearly 20 years we decided we wanted to try Turkey after hearing such fabulous stories. Room... ...Once checked in and got to our double bedroom after a long day of travelling, we arrived at the hotel after 1 am. The room was lovely and clean and everything appeared to be as advertised. We had our adult daughter stay with us to keep the cost down and we found the poorly placed shower window In the bedroom to lack privacy. Over our 7-night stay, the AC worked ok and did a great job cooling the 35°C+ temperature down. Just make sure the balcony door is shut correctly or it won't work properly. We didn't pay for a sea view room and we instantly regretted not paying the extra for it. Our balcony was on the ground floor and directly above the delivery alley to the hotel, where all of the staff had their cigarette breaks. Our only view was of the adjacent green bushy wasteland, which contained a noisy cockerel. If we stood on our tiptoes and squinted slightly, we could just see the blue of the sea in the distance through the trees. Sunbed... ...When it came to sunbeds, the key locations went as early as 6 am Turkish time. The usual dawn squad would be up placing their towels and manoeuvring their beds into prime positions, despite the pool rules starting at 7 am. There are plenty of sunbeds, but they are too close and crammed together; even then, there are still not enough beds around the pool for everyone to go around. The rumours are that the pool man reserves and puts towels on beds for tipping guests but I can't confirm this. However we loved getting up early, to be honest, and as a result, we met some really lovely people who were a pleasure to spend time with. Private Beach Area and Jetty... ...We went to the beach on our first full day before we learnt the dawn pool routine. It's a lovely calm environment and feels safe to bathe in. The sea swim zone is buoyed off, and it was lovely to swim around in with water shoes on. We didn't go to the jetty so we can't comment on the experience. Pools... ...The pool was very refreshing and had a decent depth and size, so it never felt overcrowded. Over our 7-night stay, the cleanliness of the pool and the surrounding area was not cleaned very well, though. Also, it tended to be slippery, and we saw lots of people narrowly survive near misses. It could do with some anti-slip mats. Also, I do feel there is a safety concern with letting guests take their drinks in glasses/bottles into the pool with them. Entertainment... ...Despite the hotel having its entertainment team, it wasn't any good at all. The DJ/MC spoke many different languages and it was hard to distinguish between them all. The 5 dance acts that we saw during our stay were only on for 20 minutes each night, and then bingo bongo for a couple of nights at £10 fo
