The Oasis Hotel 😢 I think it was a lot different this time and if it wasn’t for LEO I don’t think this hotel would survive. We have stayed many times at this hotel, but this time a lot of the boys working there couldn’t even speak English and some were very rude. Breakfast was a disaster we couldn’t even have juice because the machine wasn’t working, so I spoke to LEO and he sorted it straight away. The food wasn’t the best a few times we ordered food and it wasn’t great, if you ordered pizza and chips you would get the pizza but no chips 😔 LEO is the most caring person towards all the people staying there…… If you went to the bar to get a drink and LEO wasn’t there you would have to call the guys because some were rude and always on their phones. I hope when we return next year it will be full of fun and laughter like it used to be. And not all the guys on their phones or outside smoking. You need more people like LEO running this hotel. Also a few people I met when at this hotel said they would not return next year because they didn’t enjoy everything I have mentioned above.

Worse hotel ever breakfast boiled egg scraps of bread undercooked scramble egg most of it grey in colour dirty plates cups no water or juice got threatened when I asked for water or juice to take a tablet told all I do is complain and cry I've never talked to them before I was upset as they was so nasty asked for names told they don't have one spoke to manager staff shouting at manager from bar to reception about me asked could he write name's he asked was it for a complaint it was so was told he was not wasting his pen for me refused to lend me pen husband came as could see what was happening it tried to tell him was overtalked by manager hubby told I'm not dealing with her as female hubby said let me talk was followed to chairs then to tables 7 staff around us intimidating i asked could he leace us alone other customers said hiw rude and nasty he was to me and dont let him uoset me i was crying quite frightened when hubby left I was on video call to my daughter as didn't feel save staff member came at me to get of video call I said no I'm talking to my daughter was told to get the f--- out or they was getting the police as I was on video call screamed at daughter told me to get out of tgere as she was scrade for my saftey hubby heard came back nothing then said while hecwas there we have had to pay for another hotel as I'm not safe being a woman shame on you never felt so scared we went out every night and day as hotel is not tge best but was making do only asked for water wish ud not gone down stairs give it a big miss don't waste your money asked could I speak to somebody higher told don't speak English been speaking it all morning then laughted at in my face rudest place ever
