The hotel reviewed very well, and pictures made the hotel look pretty good. However, the room was certainly not 20 ms square it was more like 11 ms. The bathroom was old and needs an update, as do the rooms, bottle water wasn't supplied. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was standard, ok but only instant coffee and milk powder.

I stayed at Soykan Hotel in Marmaris and overall had a decent experience with a few minor drawbacks. One big plus: air conditioning was included in the price, which isn’t always the case in this area — and it worked well in the summer heat. The location is quiet but still close enough to the beach and shops, which was convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming — even carried my bag to the room, which I really appreciated after a long journey. I arrived early in the morning and although there was a kettle and cups in the room, there was no coffee or water provided, which was a bit disappointing after a night of travel. Breakfast was included, but it was fairly basic — traditional Turkish fare, though I found it a bit underwhelming compared to other places I’ve stayed. That said, the hotel was clean and peaceful, and good value for money. I’d recommend it for budget travellers who want somewhere quiet with friendly service.

Its very lovely and quiet place. Hospitable owners, just 500 meters to seaside. Good breakfast. Beautiful pool with crystal water. 24 hrs supermarket a front the road. Very good location. October is very comfortable month for vacation. Day temp. +27-30, sea +23-25.

we came from Lebonan Beirut.. two girls. Awesome place.Very and very clean. The pool is really so good. always smells so nice. the owner is best man. he always help us for everything. He bring us to bus station. ı highly recommend this hotel. see you again.

What a fantastic little find this hotel is. Family run hotel with everything you need. What you see is what you get, very clean and very spacious, nothing too much for the staff. They all will do as much as they can to help, if it’s a taxi, trip out, money’s exchanged not a problem. Rooms are done everyday. Pool spotless and a big pool (length wise) goes from 3ft to 6ft deep. Sun loungers plentiful, you can get snacks and drinks 24/7.

It was good. Just basic hotel bed n breakfast rooms are so clean. Also have tv air conditon kettle and fridge. You can use pool its clean and big. The owners are young people good people they will renew hotel every year

Very kind and helpful people.They helped us in every way.The hotel rooms are sparkling.The pool is bigger than most hotels and is hygienically clean.Air conditioning,minibar,kettle hair dryer TV is available in the rooms.Wifi is super fast.Most of the people staying at the hotel are old guests and decent they were people. I think this service is really successful at these affordable prices. אנשים מאוד אדיבים ועוזרים. הם עזרו לנו מכל הבחינות. חדרי המלון נוצצים. הבריכה גדולה יותר מרוב המלונות ונקייה מבחינה היגיינית. מיזוג אוויר, מיניבר, קומקום מייבש שיער טלוויזיה זמינה בחדרים. Wifi מהיר במיוחד. רוב האנשים השוהים במלון הם אורחים ותיקים והגונים הם היו אנשים. אני חושב שהשירות הזה באמת מוצלח במחירים הזולים האלה.

Hôtel basique mais propre. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les matins. Personnels sympathiques. La chambre est climatisé, dispose d’un balcon, d’un mini frigo. Piscine propre. Petit déjeuner (pain, œufs, café turc, thé turc, concombres coupés, miel, tomates, fromage, beurre, olives) le même tous les jours. L’hotel (motel) ne dispose pas de bar ni d’animation. Cet hébergement est idéal pour les voyageurs qui veulent passer la journée dehors (excursions, plage, piscine, dîner et dej dehors) et revenir le soir pour se coucher). L’hébergement est proche de la plage (10min à pied), proche de la place de taxis (2min à pied), en face d’une supermarket, à deux pas des restaurants et bars. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied pas besoin de prendre un taxi. Pour l’aéroport, vous pouvez prendre le taxi vers le terminus des bus. Ces derniers ont des horaires précis de départ de marmaris à l’aéroport (site: ulasim.muttas) le bus 220 lira, taxi 250 lira) Voilà, j’espère que c’était utile pour vous. J’ai partagé mon retour d’expérience
