The hotel reviewed very well, and pictures made the hotel look pretty good. However, the room was certainly not 20 ms square it was more like 11 ms. The bathroom was old and needs an update, as do the rooms, bottle water wasn't supplied. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was standard, ok but only instant coffee and milk powder.

We came to Soykan with my girlfriend and stayed for 3 days. On the last night, my girlfriend was going to miss her flight, so thankfully they dropped us off at the airport without asking for any fee.. The hotel is super clean. The pool is crystal clear and spotlessly clean. It's sprayed and cleaned daily. The rooms are cleaned daily. The air conditioning is freezing. We were very pleased with everything. Thank you for everything.

I stayed at Soykan Hotel in Marmaris and overall had a decent experience with a few minor drawbacks. One big plus: air conditioning was included in the price, which isn’t always the case in this area — and it worked well in the summer heat. The location is quiet but still close enough to the beach and shops, which was convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming — even carried my bag to the room, which I really appreciated after a long journey. I arrived early in the morning and although there was a kettle and cups in the room, there was no coffee or water provided, which was a bit disappointing after a night of travel. Breakfast was included, but it was fairly basic — traditional Turkish fare, though I found it a bit underwhelming compared to other places I’ve stayed. That said, the hotel was clean and peaceful, and good value for money. I’d recommend it for budget travellers who want somewhere quiet with friendly service.

Its very lovely and quiet place. Hospitable owners, just 500 meters to seaside. Good breakfast. Beautiful pool with crystal water. 24 hrs supermarket a front the road. Very good location. October is very comfortable month for vacation. Day temp. +27-30, sea +23-25.

we came from Lebonan Beirut.. two girls. Awesome place.Very and very clean. The pool is really so good. always smells so nice. the owner is best man. he always help us for everything. He bring us to bus station. ı highly recommend this hotel. see you again.

Fast check in, clean room, comfy bed, but room was a bit dated. Shower screen was broken, so reported it at reception, they said it was previous guest. Was very dangerous, but nothing done. Traditional Turkish breakfast OK.

The property was great for what we wanted. We had popped over from Fethiye on the ferry for a couple of days to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary.
The room was basic, but very clean, kettle and fridge in the room, but no tea, coffee, milk sugar etc...
The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The pool was spotless, we have our own pool so that is the first thing my husband checks.
The only thing to let our stay down was the VERY basic breakfast.
Bread, Boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, olives. Afew jams and chocolate spread.
Drinks was çay and coffee only.

What a fantastic little find this hotel is. Family run hotel with everything you need. What you see is what you get, very clean and very spacious, nothing too much for the staff. They all will do as much as they can to help, if it’s a taxi, trip out, money’s exchanged not a problem. Rooms are done everyday. Pool spotless and a big pool (length wise) goes from 3ft to 6ft deep. Sun loungers plentiful, you can get snacks and drinks 24/7.
