Överskattat hotell. De branta trappan överallt gör att hotellets faciliteter inte går att nå i värmen. Detta är inte en plats för en avkopplande familjesemester. Rummen ligger på andra sidan en gata i ett äldrekomplex med gamla möbler som är i desperat behov av förändring. Rummen är mycket små och balkongerna så små att det bara finns plats för en stol. Vi bokade en ganska dyr resa för 3 men fick bara en säng för en person i rummet som personalen tvingade oss alla att sova i eftersom de påstod att hotellet var fullbokat.

Isla Panorama Hotel i Marmaris är verkligen en pärla! Personalen var exceptionell, underhållningen var förstklassig och städningen på hotellet var imponerande. Tjänsterna som tillhandahålls var utmärkta, och jag stötte inte på några problem under min vistelse. Höjdpunkten för mig var det fantastiska underhållningsteamet; de var så hjälpsamma, roliga och vänliga, erbjöd en mängd olika aktiviteter under dagen och underhållande shower på natten. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta hotell till alla som letar efter en minnesvärd och trevlig vistelse i Marmaris!

Exceptionell vistelse! Oklanderlig service, obefläckade rum och ett centralt läge. De lokala rätterna och variationen på buffén var enastående. Personalen gick utöver för att säkerställa en bekväm upplevelse.

Ett mycket smutsigt hotell. Dålig kvalitet oätlig mat. Missförstå mig inte, det är inte all inclusive. Ett hotell som ger tid till gratis drinkar kallas inte all inclusive. En svag dusch, ett icke-standardiserat litet badrum som väger mer än 60 kg passar inte. Städning gjordes inte inom en vecka efter boendet. Detta är inte ett hotell, utan ett 2-stjärnigt värdshus.

Vi är här nu och har upplevt fruktansvärd service. Jag vet inte varför men de städar inte 2 av 3 av våra rum alls. Och ett rum städades endast en gång. Detta är den sjätte kvällen sedan incheckningen. Även om de städar rummen imorgon så blir det den 7:e dagen av vår vistelse. Och då menar jag inte bara att städa och byta linne. Rummen gick inte in alls. Inget byte av handdukar, inget nytt toalettpapper på rummen, ingen skräphämtning. Varken städetiketten eller vädjan till receptionen hjälper. Maten blev också väldigt begränsad. Middagsrätter är 95 % samma som till lunch. och för den enda sortens kött måste man stå i kö. Rum 192 194 203

Vi har varit flera gånger i Marmaris och ville prova detta hotell på grund av utsikten och bra pris. Kollade upp det här och det verkade som att de flesta var nöjda med sin vistelse. Nåväl, det är vi inte! Bor här för tillfället och inte alls nöjd. Vi bokade ett familjerum då vi har 2 små barn och slutade med 2 standardrum bredvid varandra (separata rum). Så vi skulle behöva dela upp oss. Hur som helst är detta vad vi betalat för men inte fick. De gav rummet till någon annan som ville betala mer för det. Vi ringde vår representant och eftersom det var en annan familj som inte var nöjd med sitt rum (de hade 2 större barn), kunde vi göra ett byte. Om det var upp till hotellet, skulle de inte ha hjälpt oss. Vi bad också om en babysäng, vilket vi inte heller fick till en början. Maten är inte bra. Alltid densamma, inte mycket att välja på och köttet bakas för mycket. Våra rum städades inte på flera dagar. När de äntligen gjorde det gick det väldigt snabbt och de glömde några områden. Jag städade själv då. Inte vad du borde göra på semestern. Inte tillräckligt med paraply vid poolen. Inget animationsteam som tidigare, .... Många andra människor här klagar på samma saker, så vi är inte de enda. Vi kommer inte tillbaka, det är säkert! Inte värt stjärnorna.... Boka ett annat hotell!

I do not recommend. The hotel is neglected and dirty. The doors to the room did not close, we had no electricity for a day and a half and the internet was only at the reception. The food was bad, tasteless and the canteen was dirty. The beach is 40 minutes on foot. We regret that we went there

We was moved here from a previous terrible hotel. This hotel was lovely, right from the start the staff were so accommodating. The hotel has a lot of steps so not great for those with mobility issues and the ramps are very steep. Room was lovely, very basic, but most importantly very clean. However from speaking with other travellers the annexes are outside the hotel in a totally different building and are very cramped but clean. Our room had a fridge with 2 cokes, 2 fruit juices and some waters (complimentary) However it did not have a iron (the hotel does offer an ironing service at a high cost, so would be great if they offered an iron to hire) It also does not have a kettle! And the tv was only in Turkish, which for me wasn’t a problem cos we only got ready and slept in the rooms. The shower is open which unfortunately means that the whole bathroom floor gets wet, but we found that rolling a towel at the entrance of the shower prevented this. The room we had, had the most beautiful view of the sea, it really was lovely (1st floor) The pool is clean and closes at 6pm each night. The staff wash the sun beds each night which is good to see, Infact the hotel was surprisingly very clean and I did not once see any cockroaches in the whole of Turkey (unlike Spain, which is our usual annual holiday) Pool towels are not provided meaning we had to use shower towels, which we asked the staff to replace. Childrens pool is in the other building where the annexes are, it’s a mini water play thingy, with slides and climbing up thing with the water that falls on your head from the giant bucket (have no idea what it’s called) however this is open for 2 hours a day (don’t quote me on the opening times as I’m not 100 sure as we had no children with us) There is entertainment around the pool with games such as Dancing, pool aerobics, and pool handball The evening entertainment begins at 930pm with children songs for an hour then adult entertainment (which was hilariously funny) There is a tattoo place and shop near the bar, the shop keeper was super attentive and would bring anything that we wanted but did not have. It sells fags, alcohol, toys , drinks, sweets, bikinis hats beach toys eg lilos etc The all inclusive food was nice )I can’t say it was great cos I don’t believe any all inclusive is great, but it was defo good enough! Icecream is in the afternoon for an hour only probably a good thing cos I put on a stone from all the eating 😂 The all inclusive drinks are not what I would call nice, I didn’t like them. They are wine beer and cocktails with cheap coke, Fanta and you can taste it. However, being greedy I still drank them round the pool, then got fed up and bought a bottle of Malibu from the shop and some real coke. (My friends enjoyed the cocktails in the cocktails defence) Ps alcohol is expensive everywhere in Turkey!! Steep stairs all over the hotel. The rooms are small with only one bed for the family. When we changed the room to get one floor up and opened the door with the key card we found the cleaning lady sleeping in the bed in our room. Accommodations are on the other side of a street in an old building with really old furniture. Balcony so small that you could call it a French balcony. Water slides for children closed all day apart from two hours between 11-12 am and 15-16pm. Sun umbrellas were not enough and most of the sunbeds were in bad shape or broken. Wild boars are coming down from the mountains when the sun sets and walks around between the hotel buildings searching for food in the garbage bins. However food is good and there is evening entertainment for children every evening.
