Club Sunsmile

These apartments are lovely.the staff are great. The only downside was I left some dress jewellery that wasn't worth anything in my room and 3 of my rings vanished on the first day even though I said I didn't want any room service that day. I spoke to reception who said they would check the CCTV . The manger said they didn't see anything on CCTV. But I no I had the rings so be careful and don't leave valuables in your room.

We booked this hotel due to the great reviews. The good points were, reception staff bar staff were great pool area always being cleaned. I don't think using glasses around the pool area is the best though, all breakages were cleaned up instantly. Towels on sunbeds sometimes there all day unused while ppl were waiting for a sunbed. Bad points. Adding chemicals to the pool while pool being used is not good practice(1st week) , stains to clothing due to excessive chlorine,( all your whites will have patchy yellow stains) Rooms, our room was far from clean, we had to clean our kettle and toaster before use as they we disgusting. The towels that were provide were all yellow stained need a good boil wash. toilet seat needed replacing on arrival. Toilet roll holder was broken for the whole holiday and shower drainage was shocking. Most days the lounge bed was never made, pillow cases were not changed at all. One day we came back to our room and went down corridor got the cleaning equipment and cleaned the bathroom and mopped our floors as they hadn't been done again. We were not the only room as ppl in opposite room did the same. cheap and cheerful is great just didn't expect to have to do the daily cleaning and also the chemicals directly in pool. Location is great with everything close by. Some good shops for food shopping, Migros, sok and one around corner for water.... morrisons. Trips ...... go just across the road, he does some great trips.

Just back from the perfect stay at club sunsmile. Staff are so friendly, always stop to speak and will help if you are ever needing anything. Room was on the fourth floor, very spacious and very clean, has everything you need. Basic but perfect. Great size balcony too! We were woken by the cockerels every morning but you do get used to it! Never had any issue getting sunbeds, even going down half way through the day there is still lots of sunbeds free. Cocktails were super nice, not watered down! We ate there once for breakfast, very good prices and breakfast was very nice aswell. Could understand why people go back to this hotel every year. Perfect location with so many bars, restaurants, shops, etc all around the hotel. Will return in may.

Stayed here beginning of october for one week. Rooms were lovely and staff so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Food was outstanding and drinks were great! Our transfer didnt show up to collect for airport and man on reception was trying his best to help. Close to bars and short walk to taxi if needed.

I'm keeping this review short and simple, staff were attentive and non pushy, no hassling to buy toys, wifi boxes,or food , just left us to our holiday unlike other hotels close by, Rooms were a good size, clean and well maintained , they did the job good, rooms were serviced every couple of days. Pool was clean and areas washed down every night, food was excellent as were the cocktails.. All in all the staff made the holiday , couldn't fault it, already booked for next year .

Just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at Sunsmile. Oscar, Jengus and all the staff are an absolute asset to the hotel. Jengus quickly arranged. for a doctor to visit my daughter to treat a minor ailment and in his own time collected the medication from the hospital . The hotel itself is basic, the pool area is fabulous, immaculately clean and the food is lovely with lots of choice. We will be returning to Sunsmile should we visit Marmaris in the future
