Amazing hotel, at a convenient location ☺️! Was a bit difficult to find but had everything we needed and the staff are friendly and helpful!

Great hotel, very good location and very close to the market square and Bahia palace which is one of the main attractions, staff was very friendly and helpful and going the extra mile for you. Overall, l would stay there again if went back to Marrakech.😊

Superb stay, central location walking distance from the old town. Room is impeccably clean, great toiletry products and the staff is welcoming, kind and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is great during the stay. Thank you and I see you very soon! Keep up the good work!

Amazing people and hospitality - highly recommend!

酒店就在老城區，去周邊景點比較方便。小院子佈置得很漂亮。標準間比較小，房間內連張桌子都沒有。入住一晚方便遊玩還是可以的。

Het ligt in het oude gedeelte en als je Nederland gewend bent kan het even schrikken zijn maar wat hebben we genoten. Riad Khabia is fantastisch. Ligging is vlakbij Joods plein dus prima op loopafstand. Ontbijt lekker en langst weer iedere dag schoongemaakt. Op dag van vertrek kregen we nog tasjes mee met ontbijtspullen erin omdat we voor ontbijt moesten vertrekken. Personeel behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader

Posizione privilegiata, vicino al palazzo el badii e il mercato ebraico. Il personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Bagno un po' piccolo come la stanza letto...

Amazing stay in Marrakesh.Its a very beautiful riad, perfect size room with a whole lounge, lovely breakfast, very very hospitable and great service, The location is safe, the terrace is an amazing view for breakfast, didn’t get time to enjoy the pool or lounge though :(

Our stay at Khabia was excellent. The large family room was wonderfully decorated with enough space for the four of us. Also very nice roof terrace. Most important, Rachid and all the other staff were incredible. They were so supportive and kind and organised an amazing Atlas trip that was also very suitable for our small kids. Much recommended. Thanks a lot!!

My first riad stay, and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to a little square with lots of restaurants and shops. Loved the cozy room, and daily breakfast.

Lovely Road, staff really friendly and looked after me as a solo female traveller. Highlight was the rooftop private Hammam spa. Therapist was amazing and was one of best treatments I have ever had. If you stay don’t miss out on it. Lovely rooftop to chill on and your own Lounge next to the room.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the duluxe suite, and it was incredibly beautiful. The riad itself lives up to the cliche of being a tranquil oasis in the slight craziness of Marrakech! The staff were incredibly hospitable, and did everything they would to make our stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. Big thanks to Rachid and the team - you guys were great, thank you so much!

The rias is awesome. Very close to the center of the city. All the people who work there are extremely professional, they take care of you and help you with everything you need. For instance, they helped us with the organization of a visit to Agafy. Breakfast is insane, and the sunset in the rooftop is mandatory. Thank you for everything Rashid.
