The hotel has an excellent location, the reception is good, and the breakfast is excellent, but the room furniture is normal, as well as the size of the TV screen, relative to the size of the room, as well as room service at a good and normal level

Énormément déçu de cet hôtel qui n'as rien d'un 5 étoiles que j'ai pût faire dans d'autres pays, le spa ne se situe pas dans l hôtel mais à 3mn à pieds, la piscine pas très éclairé odeur d humidité qui remonte, le sauna classique, le hammam classique, vestiaires vétustes, ascenseur pas entretenu, petit déjeuner buffet classique pas oufff, chambre sympa on vous accueil avec une assiette de fruits et de gâteaux orientaux mais impression qu ils ont remis un coup de peinture une légère odeur,la douche était bouché ça débordé un peu, etc etc... Bref je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel au vu du prix et il ne mérite pas 5 étoiles.

Once upon a time the hotel would have been amazing but is now tired although some amazing features remain Rooms as previous reviews, carpets are stained, beds are very hard and the shower/bath runs water all over the floor Main pool is in need of a deep clean! Food at the pool bar is not included in the all inclusive so Staff at pool bar are rude. They only want to serve guests who are paying The resort is huge but everything is closed, which is a shame The gym is very impressive, the range of equipment is good with all modern machines All of the staff, waiters, cleaners, gardeners were all very friendly and service at the main bars and restaurant was pleasant Food was ok, not outstanding, and became very repetitive . Also some snacks should be available during the afternoon , the need to provide your number for all drinks and at the restaurant was annoying The entertainment team were the best addition to the hotel, their friendly but not pushy attitude was refreshing. Trying to include all ages and nationality’s in there daily entertainment program.

we booked this as our first couples holiday and we felt a bit let down with a few thing. the hotel online looked prefect and despite the negative reviews we still chose to book. SPECIAL MENTION to Hamza behind the bar in reception , could not have been any friendlier to us. he showed a lot of interest in us and what our life was like at home. took time out of his day to speak to us whenever he saw us. Apon arrival at 3 pm the staff behind the reception desk were helpful but it felt like they wanted to get rid of us. they were talking amongst themselves whilst we were stood waiting to be checked in. The room was immaculate when we arrived, there were no faults to it, until the 5th day. we came back to our room after dinner, not even 10 minutes later our lights all turned off ( the whole hotel had lost power) we headed towards reception to see what was going on, when we heard an alarm going off, followed by a couple asking for help as they were stuck in the lift between floors. i ran to reception to ask for help and they did not seem bothered at all. it took for another lady who was also staying at the hotel to shout at them, for security to follow me back to the lift. the security man got to lift and looked at me and said he needs they key (as if i was going to have it). they finally got the couple out of the lift after 30 ish minutes. got back to our room and found that our ceiling was leaking. rang reception and they sent someone up straight away to look at it. they offered us to move rooms and said they would sort it the next day. the next day we headed to the pool, later came back to our room to see our floor was wet and the ceiling was still leaking. at this point our air con had also stopped working. so we rang reception again. they said they would sort it that night and we never heard from them again. it took for us to go down to reception to complain for them to actually try and sort it (it ended up getting sorted on our last day) despite the last few days not being the best , the rest of our holiday was amazing there was alwaya space at the pool to get a sun lounger, no arguing over who was there first like most other hotels. the music was a mixture of everything. the cleaners did an amazing job everyday with cleaning the rooms. The reception was helpful with helping us book excursions. the waiters in the restaurant are straight over asking what drinks you want and clearing your plates away as soon as you’re finished. we did see some reviews of people complaining about broken tiles and “tired” furniture and decor, and to us we were in love with how the hotel looked. we could tell that they pay attention the reviews they get and try to work on the feedback given. the pool was always cold which we enjoyed considering how hot it is there. the italian restaurant was beautiful, over looking a pond. it’s very well managed and they always are checking to see how you are and if you want anything. last part, we had seen rev

The new tourist transport service of the hotel is bad. The best is to call the taxis that are in front of the hotel, it is cheaper and very professional in addition, very experienced drivers compared to the hotel drivers. It is also very bad the Night Reception Service, the management and the Nithauditor. They are not at the level of a luxury hotel as it was the hotel before. The new owner Mr: ABOU ALI must change his collaboration contract with the tourist agency that takes care of it. And also the bad managers, especially the Nithauditor who is really anything.

The hotel is really clean and the food was the best, The entertainment team was so friendly and welcome with too many activities. I’ve been enjoying the Latino show that took place yesterday and the pool is heated as well and the weather was perfect and I will definitely come back, Special thanks to Mido, Nourdine, Imane and salim for making my holiday interesting.
