Really great location. Very accesible. But of old hotel but we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much Ibis Hotel!

The hotel was very old with several broken fixtures. The aircond was not working, toilet was in poor condition, the shower foam wasn't refilled, and floor mat was not provided. Will never go back again.

Not thoroughly cleaned, good location, broken bathroom door lock however beds were clean.

Kept our luggage in the luggage storage area, when we came back after 3 days Sahara trip found that bag was half opened. We don’t know the reason for why someone needs to check the bag behind our back or even try to open it. Confronted the receptionist and the person who brought our bag to the room , response was zipper might have been opened up due to dragging on the floor. We also told that half of the zipper cannot be opened due to dragging and there was no answer from them. Asked the receptionist to tell the manager to meet me first thing in the next morning as manager was not around in hotel at 8:00pm evening 7th may 2025 There is no action or discussion done with us yet also there is no CCTV available in the baggage area or even covering the gate of baggage area as per the receptionist when we asked to look into the cctv footage to check why or how zipper was opened up.

Amazing location, staff, view, pool, room and everything is very nice!

No tissue No Hairdryer  No CS Staff was very very rude Card for the door doesn’t work. Need to reactivate after 1x use. Don’t waste your money on breakfast  ALL ROOM ARE THE SAME!!!!!!!  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Basic hotel with a pool, our room was in the corner with a little window and a view of the side building next to the train station. Location was good as close to cafes, restaurants and next to the train station. Has a nice lounge and bar to chill. Our room was cleaned everyday but requested some extra pillows at the reception as there were only 2, we were told to come back in the morning, so came back the next day and was told that they’ll bring it up to our room and guess what? It never came! Got fed up asking for it so we ended up sleeping 5 nights with 2 soggy pillows that my husband had to fold so that he could actually feel there’s a pillow under his head.

Perfect base away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Great staff and nice breakfast

Beautiful reception. Breakfast was always on point. Will definitely recommend it to everyone travelling to Morocco

No hairdryer and no shampoo or douche del in the bottle….

The hotel was OK, but not worth the price. Most items on the menu weren’t available and the front desk staff was incredibly rude. There was one particular man that screamed at me. However they have easy accessible in Marrakesh which is limited everywhere else.

The elevator in the hotel is very old and every time it stops on your floor there is a terrible **** or pull like a sudden stop and my wife is pregnant so it was a nightmare for her. Also we chose the hotel because it had a pool however it was under maintenance and we couldn't use it our entire trip. The Aircon on the room was terrible, we had to leave the windows open at night because of the heat. We had a very bad experience at the hotel and I hope nobody ever makes the same mistakes like us by choosing them

I have never seen a hotel doesn’t offer a bottle of water for its client also no slippers that’s hilarious. I’ll never book this hotel again
