We were very disappointed with this hotel. It no longer looks like the pictures. Check in staff was friendly and helpful taking our bags to our room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we got there, called down for them to bring some. Half hours later they still did not come, so we went down to ask. They don’t have an actual toilet paper roll holder either which I thought was weird. Shower head holder kept falling off the wall and the towels had a bad odour. The room was dark and three of the six light fixtures did not work. Location of the hotel was good, walking distance to restaurants.

Our receptionist Husna was super helpful in explaining everything to us about local taxis and general information and was very accommodating. The hotel location is great, close to local shops, supermarket and mall with a good few restaurants nearby. The hotel interior is a little outdated and probably needs a little refurb for a 4*. The swimming pool is good, could do with more sun loungers, there are only 8 and I found people hogging them from breakfast all day so we barely got to use them which is annoying. We paid for half board, so breakfast and dinner which was served as buffet (mostly). For breakfast they have continental with eggs and msemmen options. For dinner, drinks are not included (not even water and we were not told this until we sat down for dinner on the first night) and you’re not allowed to bring your own drink either which was really frustrating being pregnant and needing water all the time. The bed in the room needs updating as it’s very old mattress which has lost its shape. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Overall a lovely experience minus a couple small improvements :)

Great staff, great location, really well priced food and drink . Great atmosphere! Even when we checked out the staff still couldn’t do enough for us . Let us keep our luggage on site so we could go and explore abit then happy to let us use the facilities for the remainder of the day. Great priced hotel!

Great hotel, great location, staff really helpful, continental breakfast, evening meal was buffet and was not bad, rooms were comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Basket of fruit in the room was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. Valet parking.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights with a tour group of 34 people. When I left, the hotel staff claimed that the towels I dried my hair with were red and did not come out when washed, and asked for 200 dirhams for two towels. I have been dyeing my hair red for 30 years, and when you put the towels in bleach, they turn completely white. They claimed that the wet towel I used the day before was washed and the red color did not come out. I had washed it the day before, but they told me after two days and asked for money. The receptionist angrily said to me that I should have brought my own towel. I have been traveling for years. I have never seen such a situation. I found it very embarrassing that they asked me for such money for very old towels. Apart from that, the food was also very bad and tasteless. The waiters were also rude. The hotel is on a very noisy street.

We booked 2 rooms. I ended up in a street side room on the 5th floor which was very noisy. Spoiler alert - I am in the vacation rental business and understand the expectations of guests regarding room standards. The rooms are very outdated and not as clean as they should be. After my evening shower and before I crawl under the covers I run the bottom of my feet over the top sheet to catch any dirt that may have transferred from the floor to my feet. It looked like I had run down to the lobby and back instead of the 10 feet to the bathroom. The prior review regarding the tub being too deep was spot on. It’s a tub/shower combo so you’re locked into climbing over a too tall tub wall. Add to this the fact there isn’t any non-slip treads in the tub and the poor lighting in that area and your looking at a high risk fall area. A minor shortcoming - no tissue for your noise. One final negative was the fact that the cord on the phone was broken and, although the phone would ring, they couldn’t hear us & I couldn’t hear them. The buffet dinner was good and the interior courtyard where we dined was nice. Check in went smoothly and the staff were veo.
