Our time at Riad Elegancia was absolutely amazing! The entire staff, especially Mohammed, Abdulrahim, and the breakfast team, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The traditional Moroccan architecture is stunning — exactly what I was looking for, with beautiful tilework, arches, and a serene courtyard. The breakfast was incredible, with a variety of fresh, delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. After exploring Marrakech, returning to the riad felt like coming back to a peaceful oasis. We loved it so much that we were always excited to return at the end of each day. If you're looking for authentic charm, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this riad is perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning Riad, with exceptional staff always there to help and make you feel welcome. Inside is beautiful and it has a superb roof terrace with a pool.The riad is located walking distance to all the the souks and Jemma el-fnaa. Easy to find, would definitely stay again

Stayed here for two nights . Beautifully decorated which gives you a great taste of traditional Moroccan hospitality . Great location - walking distance to the main market. Quite fun and entertaining just to go for a stroll on the narrow alleys around and explore the food and culture . The room was clean and comfortable . The staff couldn’t be any more helpful . Got a hammam treatment which was lovely and refreshing . Tried the breakfast (on the rooftop) . Delicious and abundant . They bring so much food to you . More than you can eat! Used the gym too to shake off the jet lag . I’d stay there again for sure . Highly recommended .

This is the best place I could ever imagined staying at for my first time visit to Marrakech. From start to finish, the level of service provided by the team has been outstanding. We could always speak with the team members for support and they were always happy to help and provide recommendations as well as organise activities for us. This riad is a in a league of its own from all hotels I have ever stayed at and would recommend it to anyone who visits Marrakech as I can't imagine there is anywhere that can top this place. Some strong mentions: The rooms are excellent, cleaned regularly and cool so you don't over heat after a long day walking around. The pool is incredible and you should definitely go over to the sister hotel La Maison Arabe for dinner as well as this you get access to the country club which is just a beautiful place to spend a day if you want to lounge by the pool and enjoy some time relaxing. There are so many other things I could say but if you are reading this far, I would genuinely say just book Riad Elegancia! I promise you it will be the best place you can stay.

Room, staff, facilities everything just awesome rooftop pool n view mind blowing. Cleaners is superb. We had breakfast n selection of food really healthy. Good quality restaurants v close n jama El fina is just walking distance.worty of money

We found a piece of heaven in Marrakech and fell in love! We wanted to stay in a Riad that would be intimate, hospitable, and offer a slice of Moroccan life and Riad Elegancia delivered above and beyond our expectations. Mohammed was there from the beginning to ensure our stay would be unforgettable. From securing our airport transport to the Riad before we arrived and being there once our driver, Youssef, dropped us off near the Riad. During our ride, Youssef explained about Marrakech like a mini-tour wetting our appetite. He also provided us with some other rides and also with plenty of great commentary and fun conversations. First, the Riad itself is beautiful! It just has an amazing, cozy vibe with such ornate and intricate artwork adorning its interior. Although, like the rest of old Marrakech (Medina), it's a bit of a maze getting around and to the Riad but very quickly we got our bearings. Also, there was always someone to help us get around if needed. Second, the staff at Riad Elegancia is the most helpful, friendliest, and warm people we've had the pleasure to meet. They are simply sensational. They all went out of their way, always, to ensure we were taken care of and had the best possible experience. We especially wanted to acknowledge Majda at the front desk who was extremely kind and provided so much guidance for our stay! Also, we would like to thank the following people who individually and together made our visit to the Riad wonderful. Front desk: Mohammed, Majda, Abderahim, and Achraf for aiding us in whatever we needed. Housekeeping: Karima and Saida for keeping our room clean and confortable. Restaurant: Said, Reda, and Zahra for getting up early with us and starting our day with a fabulous breakfast. Spa: Soad (massage), Soukaina (massage) and Aicha (hammam) for allowing us to relax and be on cloud nine. Finally, it's because of this wonderful staff and special place that we felt we were home away from home! We highly recommend Riad Elegancia for your next trip to Marrakech!!
