The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data. A SIM card is just 3 euro and you can get about 4gb for 2 euro.

the hotel was really nice, food really good, service a little deceiving. Long to have service for the pick up of the luggage 35 minutes, server in the women bathroom at the pool bar, emergency box with minimal stock,

Very welcoming resort, reception and bar areas beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Food choices got boring a bit otherwise a superb resort!

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Pool and animation team provided lots to do in the daytime. Restaurants were good as far as all inclusive options go.

Just came back from lovely week stay at the resort.
The staff are amazing. Everyone very helpful and extremely nice. Nothing was too much of the hussle.
The grounds are beautiful and walking around is great especially if you trying to walk baby to sleep.
The food is pretty much the same in all restaurants. And almost every day it’s the same food served in the main restaurant with few small changes.
We had some issues in our room but that got resolved the next day where we were offered an upgraded different room.
One negative thing I must say is on one morning I woke up with approximately 5cm cockroach crawling on me and the next night I could not sleep as I constantly imagined more cockroaches in the bed but fortunately there were none.

The staff are very kind, helpful. The service is brilliant. Rooms are cleaned really well and are a good size.
The hotel is a bit dated pool area needs some tlc.
