It was a very good hotel? The staff are friendly, polite and prompt in responding to issues. Food is good Ambient is fantastic Entertainment is out of this world. I will definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Lsbranda

I was apprehensive about coming here after seeing a few bad reviews but we had a pretty good time here. The hotel was clean, rooms were decent, and they were cleaned daily. The communal areas were also kept well presented and cleaned both before and after the pool opening times. The pools were great for the kids, even if they were freezing! The slides were fun but there is a height restriction of 1.2m on them so be warned if you have smaller kids, they won’t be allowed on the main slides. There was a lifeguard presence on both the main pool and the slides at all times. The food was ok, not the hottest and by the end of the week it got pretty repetitive but there was plenty of choice, but I can see how a ‘picky’ eater might struggle, and we saw a lot of people ordering McDonalds quite often. The pizza and pasta stations were great when they weren’t busy, you could be there waiting 2 minutes one day and 15 the next! The hotel itself seems to be in a bit of a remote area and nothing is within walking distance, but they will organise a Taxi if you need one, or there is the free twice daily shuttle to the old town which is great. You need to book with reception in advance but it was never full. Also don’t be late for the return trip as the driver doesn’t wait for stragglers, and we saw a few people running for the bus each time we used it! The staff were really great with the kids and friendly to everyone else, there is a nightly Disco for 30 mins for the kids and then some other entertainment afterwards. There is a shop on site which seems to make up the prices on the spot but it was ok for ice-creams and snacks. I was surprised there is only snacks provided between 4 & 5pm each day and it is only a few doughnuts and sandwiches, otherwise the only other food is during meal times. Drinks are available at the outside bar until 5 and then the inside one until 11pm. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday here, it’s just a pity the hotel is so remote but the area around it is getting built up so hopefully in the near future there will be more to do close by.

On arrival was given room on first floor, we asked if we could have a room near the adult pool, this was done with no problem. Treat the hotel as a 3 star and the food you will find alright. 4 pools and nice gardens. trips out to the old town can be done twice a day by the hotels bus. If booking trips use the ones on the flyer on the table in the lobby.
