Nous avons adorer notre séjour à l’hôtel, il étais propre les chambres également et le repas délicieux on as bien bronzer et profiter de la piscine cependant la piscine étais très froide…..mais la joie y étais 1 semaine et vraiment pas déçu on reviendras

The hotel is a welcoming sight to see for Winter sunshine (March). The Staff are friendly and courteous no matter what time of day. The variety of food available is amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner, the wine is good the beer is good and so are the teas and coffee. Our favorite thing is the quiet swimming pool towards the back of the hotel very relaxing We have just booked our 5th visit for next year (March ).

So disappointed the hotel and staff tried so hard..but the food was disgusting..am normally happy to find something not hard to please ...but whole of the hotel population in 1 queue for 4 dishes which were just grey....tasteless and just slid down the throat...This is not my first visit but will certainly be my last .Please sort out your restaurant

After reading the reviews i thought oh maybe this hotel wouldn’t be that great..but i can honestly say i really enjoyed my 5 days here. Yes the pools are cold but we still went in them. And I’ve not been anywhere yet where they are mega hot unless the air temperature is very hot. It is there winter at the moment..and we have all come back with a tan. Evening aren’t that cold either!! The rooms are ok,clean I did find the beds hard but i still slept ok. They keep the grounds clean and looking nice. Staff were nice and the entertainment staff are lovely and very friendly,they went out off their way to make sure we were happy. The food is ok,and I didn’t live off the pizza. You just need to remember you are in there country so the food will be a little different..but if you are that fussy there is a McDonald that will deliver to the hotel. The only complaint is you have to pay for the ice-creams and they don’t offer ice-cream in the restaurant for the children but the cookies at lunchtime were yummy. We were a party of 14 and had a good time. So thank you..

Very relaxing hotel, great pools, clean, freindly staff, decent drinks. Food was average but that was the only very slight negative. Entertainment crew were great fun. Games and demonstrations. Tagine cooking lesson was great. No trouble anywhere, everyone having fun. No noise, no drunken people causing hassle. Loved the coffee, hot choc, cocktails. Beer was half decent. Pizzas were nice, oranges and grapefruit at breakfast were good. Rooms were nice, spacious, amazing shower. We will come back

I took my 13 year old son here for a few days in March. Hotel room was okay, needs a little update in the bathroom especially the shower. The food is nice, a little repetitive but much options which switch daily. One waitress in particular Moshen was the highlight of our stay. Very hospitable, always so helpful and really served us daily. Great man indeed. The staff were very polite and helpful on a whole. Animation team were good and tried hard to involve people. The aqua Park was good but right at the back of the hotel. You can't bring drinks in there which was quite annoying because you get firstly and it's quite a walk to get to the bar anyway. The water is freezing on the slides so my son only went once. Only one pool which is heated and everyone is in there so was full as it's not that big. Nice shuttle to and from the city center which needs to be booked prior. The night time entertainment is more child focused, however adults were participating. The shop was pointless, not much in there. Snack time was okay, however it's outside and sitting outside meant you were attacked by flies. The spa and gym were outside the hotel which was a lil off putting so I didn't bother book in. Overall my stay was really nice. Very clean, staff very friendly and easy to book excursions and shuttle bus with the hotel. I'll definitely go back one day.
