Riad Lalla Zineb & SPA

Would not recommend. Have to suffer to first night as it’s too late to change hotel. The outside looks ok and well keep. But inside the room is disaster. 1. Noise : my room is on the ground floor, right beside the reception. Constant hearing people coming in and out. Chatting and kids playing right outside 2. Shower: no hot water until we complain and the temperature is uncontrollable. Pressure is weak and I did not shower until change of hotel 3. Cleanliness: please refer picture. It is self explanatory. 4. Breakfast: nothing special but precooked bread and all cold. Better off eating out It’s rare I give bad feedback and you can understand how bad the condition is. When we arrived, they made us wait for 20 mins just to serve us a cup of tea. Not much catering to English communication. If check in is not ready, they can just tell us leave our bag rather than keeping us there without communication. After complaining about the issue, they were insist of no flexibility of cancelling or changing the checkout date. It’s the platform that helped with the issue.

A 15 minutos de la plaza

A peaceful and beautifully decorated riad in the heart of Marrakech. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the rooftop views were amazing. A perfect spot to relax after exploring the medina.

I had an amazing stay at this riad near the souks of Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome they are warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. Our room was spotless and cozy. It is so quiet inside the room, you can’t hear the outside noises of the city. Breakfast was fresh and generous every morning, with homemade Moroccan pancakes, fruit, bread, and fresh juice. And if you’d stay in for lunch or dinner the food was great too. The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite spots, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The taxi’s parking is right next to the riad. Easy access. I recommend this riad to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech.

Beautiful Riad that is very central in Marrakech with a short walk to the souk. Good breakfast and a super nice spa. We tried Hammam which was so relaxing and a nice experience. One downside is that the beds and pillows are really hard, but we slept nice anyways! We also had some trouble finding the Riad when we first got there because the address on booking was wrong. It was not a big of a problem because the friendly and service minded staff came and helped us. The staff made the experience 10/10. Recommend!!
