Riad Emberiza Sahari

Well what can I say, what an absolutely stunning jewel of a place!. Me and my 4 friends have just returned home after having an incredibly amazing time staying at the Riad Emberiza Sahari on our girls trip away. A beautiful and tranquil piece of paradise tucked within the vibrant and bustling city the Riad well and truly exceeding our expectations. Younes and all the members of staff were very welcoming, tentative and informative. Nothing was too much trouble at all. The breakfasts were exceptional and plentiful and on our last day we treated ourselves to a traditional Moroccan lunch made by the chef. It was deliciously outstanding, and one of the best meals during our stay in Morocco! The Riad Emberiza Sahari is definitely somewhere we would come back to on a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our arrival for a 2 week trip to Morocco, and it was a beautiful and perfectly located riad. Eunice (sp?) was a wonderful host, with such hospitality and love for his job and for Morocco, and he helped us get sorted, calling for reservations, and ultimately helped us have a great first few days. Only recommendation for the riad is to add a curtain in the bathroom window (just above the back door to the kitchen) because at night we couldn’t shower without the alleyway walkers-by (or older men sitting on the stoop) see us!

We have just spent 5 days in Marrakesh staying at this beautiful Riad - from the moment you step through the door it is an oasis of calm and serenity We were met from the taxi by the incredible staff and have been pampered and looked after for our full trip The rooms are lovely and clean and the Riad is stunning from the beautiful plunge pool surrounded by orange trees to the roof terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset Breakfast is delicious - fruit yoghurt , breads , crepes and omelette, We ate at the Riad the first night and the food was delicious If you are planning a trip to Marrakesh I cannot recommend this Riad enough

My son and I are in Marrakech and staying at the Riad Emberiza and everything has been perfect! My friend told me to contact Youssef before we arrived and he set up everything for us, hotel, airport transfer, excursions etc… He was out tour guide through the Medina the first day which was perfect, as otherwise we would have gotten hopelessly lost. The breakfasts were amazing and the property is breathtaking. It was such a respite from the craziness of Marrakech. The staff was so kind and helpful, even incongruous us to join in their family meal. I could not recommend this riad enough!

The Riad is beautiful. Traditional yet modern. So chic. But the staff are the best part about the Riad - they really understand hospitality. Nabil, the manager, called me before I arrived to check everything was in order and confirm we were expected, which was nice. When we arrived we were welcomed with mint tea, and then served dinner. The lamb tagine is the best I have ever had, and the best food I had in Marrakesh was at the Riad. Breakfast is also lovely! Highly recommend the food - hats off to the chef! We were also serenaded by Omar playing the guitar on the first night which was also amazing. But my favourite member of staff was Muad. Muad is an absolute pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. He has lovely mannerisms and he really made us feel welcome. If I ever come back to Marrakesh I’d love to stay here again. If you are thinking about booking, don’t hesitate - you’ll not be disappointed.

Serene setting with extraordinary hospitality. The team of Moad, Yussef and Nabil were so kind and provided exceptional service. Beds were very comfortable and breakfasts were always a treat thanks to the amazing preparation of Ilham. Our son was not feeling good and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after. Highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We loved it here. A heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Riad Emberiza Sahari!
