Absolutely dreadful. We arrived 6th May. Torn couches. Bad decor. Terrible service. No reception staff. Horrible bedroom!Unfonished toilet in the room- torn and tatty curtains. I have many photos if you want them. We left and never spent the night! We are waiting for our money back - we booked with *********** and I am appalled. Eden Lodge must pay people to write their reviews.

Booked the hotel for May half term holiday to Morocco. The hotel was ideally located and quiet. The rooms were very clean and throughout our stay they remained clean. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to help and support our family for the duration of the stay. It was perfect for us in that it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel could do with some refurbishment as it has a lot of potential. Some places appeared neglected (spa area, outdoor seating area, communal space) The Wi-Fi was problematic but not a major issue.

Loved this place. It is a hidden gem. It’s small and exclusive and provides excellent service. Nothing too big. We stayed in a room away from the main complex but it’s in 2 min walking distance literally the other side of the pool. Kamal as the manager is fantastic he has a good command of English and good customer service. We stayed bed and breakfast and breakfast was great. We didn’t have a meal in the restaurant as this was just a. Stop over for us but I will be back to stay. It is a little off the beaten track with no shops around but supermarket is not too far away by car. Internet is great throughout the hotel and in the rooms. there is a fridge in the room. Also an expresso machine, hairdryer and English tv channels. Staff are very attentive I was sat on a longer in the sun and a staff member brought a parasol over to keep me in the shade without asking. All in all highly recommended- we will be back.

Excellent place for relaxation and e cake from cities noise. I was traveled for 10 days throw North of Morocco and for last days would like to stay in suburb with swimming pool and good rooms facilities. If you are looking for this staying - good choice. Services are excellent , very clean, kitchen are gourmet. Every rooms in fact separate bungalows. It means that you will stay like in your own home. Personal very polite and friendly

The manager of the hotel comes across really nice and trustworthy, but he is not. Against my will he booked way more money out of my account than the bill is - which I by the way never received. I just received a cost overview which did not add up. When I told him and asked him to correct it, he just booked the money off my account! He screwed me over for the costs for driving where he charged double of what everyone else charges. He then told me, he wants the money in cash so he can pay the people under the table.... ?! I had to disable my credit card now and am on it with the bank to get my money back. The rooms are actually tents! This makes them very very noisy to music/parties going on, the wild dogs howling outside all night or actually the highway just behind. Drunken Algerian and Indian male tourists celebrating excessively which made me not feel very comfortable. Even though I had informed them weeks ahead of time of my allergy, they were not able to provide me really gluten-free food. So overall I had 3 sleepless nights out of the 7 I have staid... Overall the place is just poorly managed e.g. the cleaning ladies cleaning the breakfast room during breakfast time is just off. This place is actually 30 min outside of Marrakech, so pretty far away from anything.

Amazing service. We were a family of four women and we felt so safe and taken care of. As soon as we appeared from our rooms, staff would ask if we needed drinks or food or anything. Taxis and trips were planned by the Lodge and they took care of us. Very reasonable prices. Our room gets cleaned beautifully every day. Breakfast service is so delicious!! Breakfast staff really took care of us. We felt like royalty!!
