Just returned from a 3 days in this hotel. Firstly all the staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are lovely and so is the rooftop pool and the rooftop restaurant. Weather was lovely which was an added bonus. The only negatives were that our room faced near the main road and we didn't sleep well due to traffic noise. We did get offered a room change on our 2nd day but it felt like too much hassle to pack everything up for just another 2 nights. Had we been there longer we would definitely have moved to a quieter room. The breakfast was also very nice. We ate lunch on the roof top restaurant one day and had a caeser salad and a bottle of water which was 270 dirhams! A bit expensive as it was mostly lettuce and hardly any chicken or tomato!!! Think there needs to be more snacks options for lunch. The last day the WiFi in hotel wasn't working and we were waiting on our pick up information. The WiFi still wasn't working by the time we left the hotel. Only a few negatives and mostly positives. We did get a nice fruit basket and macaroons left in our room so that was a nice surprise. Don't know if we would return to Marrakech but maybe Agadir for the a beach resort

What a gem of a hotel. Fantastic generous rooms, food, pool area and a hannam bath in the spa is a must. From everyone on our arrival, staff were so kind, warm and welcoming . Nothing was too much trouble. I'm definitely coming back to this gem as there is still so much to be seen in this fabulous Marrakesh.

Well located somewhat away from the huddle and bustle of the old town although the road can be quite noisy. The rooms are clean, large, well equipped and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is eclectic but delicious. We didn’t find the omelette / egg station until day 2 as it’s situated in the courtyard outside. The Moroccan flatbread pancakes which are freshly made as you wait are fabulous. There are no money exchange facilities at the hotel but there’s a cash point in the station. It’s around 100Dh / £10 for a taxi into the old town to visit the souks and marketplace. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the main train station if you’re travelling onwards. 15 mins from the airport and a taxi is probably cheaper than a pre booked transfer if you’re booking with a travel company. Wonderful place to visit for a few days. We visited in December and the temperatures were well below those detailed online so pack jumpers, a decent coat and hat. Visit the Atlas mountains if you have a day free. Great trip out (be sure to wear decent trainers or walking shoes). Barter for most things, expect a discount of at least 50% from the market traders and be prepared to walk away!

From start to finish this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is beautiful. Very modern rooms and spotless! Younes upgraded us to a king suite and from the get go the experience we had will make us visit again. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel and they will do everything in their power to make your stay the best. The only slight gripe is it is on a main road and can be quite noisy (The Moroccans love to use their car horns!) but this is no fault of the hotel and it is an amazing base in the middle of everything you need when visiting Marrakech. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back!
