Riad Janate & Spa

We absolutely loved Riad Janate, it’s beautifully finished and clean and all the staff can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed in a family room with our boys aged 8 & 11 and there was plenty of space & big comfortable beds. Abdo the manager helped organise all of our trips from the riad and we had a great time on them all. We hired a guide to explore the city, which I’d recommend to help get your bearings. Thank you to Abdo, Simo and all the team for a wonderful stay.

We chose To stay here based on previous TripAdvisor reviews and doing a bit of research we were not disappointed We turned up at about midnight on a Friday night outside was absolute chaos. It was so hot,inside it was cool and calm and quiet. The staff The staff are fabulous and so attentive. I’m really helpful. Knowledgeable about the local area and only too happy to help Shout out to Brahim who makes a mean chicken tagine- Definitely try out the dinner package it was delicious The Spa Definitely have a relaxing afternoon off from the city and treat yourself To a spa treatment After a hectic morning, it was lovely to go back to after lunch stick your feet in the swimming pool and just listen to the peace and quiet The room The room was lovely. It was spacious. It was immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were so fluffy and the quilts were just right. The bathroom was great and clean We had the benefit of a small outdoor patio, which was great to just sit on and watch the world go by The food Breakfast was lovely. It was freshly made and there was plenty of it. The coffee was strong but really nice! We had an evening meal there and the tagine was delicious Getting there We arranged a taxi transfer via the hotel from the airport on our arrival and on our departure too This was waiting for us No issues. The vehicles were clean and spacious and the drivers polite and knowledgeable Would we stay there again? - yes

THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS AND AMAZING. The staff was superb. Abdo and Said really made our trip easy and wonderful. The food was delicious, comfortable bed, clean, safe, and good value. The pool was FREEZING, so plan for a cold plunge instead of swimming. I would definitely stay here again and again

I loved everything about the property. I have lived in many accommodations in many countries, I have never received such positive vibes from the staff members. Hats off to Abdo, Brahim and Syed. The place itself is a palace. The food was good. Breakfast was French i belive.. options for egg could have been better. But overall great great experience. My wife and I loved throughly. 10/10 and all possoble 5 stars from us. Ohh, how can i forget the hammam experience followed by massage at the Riad, it made our trip feel like it was a 7 star😃

You will never imagine that behind the walls of the medina so much beauty is hidden in a riad. The Riad was very clean, with all the necessary amenities for an exceptional experience. We loved everyone's service but we especially want to thank Brahim for serving us all with the attention he gave us.

We just came back from 4 nights at this beautiful Riad. 2 couples travelled. We had a really nice stay here. Very clean rooms - daily room room cleaning. Staff where so friendly and always happy to help with any questions. The location of the hotel is not accessible with car so best place to get dropped/ picked up by taxi is the post office. Only few minutes walk to the Riad from there. And everyone knows the post office. We had some late nights out and walked back to the Riad feeling safe. Very quiet area at night time. Def recommend this place.
