Riad Zaouia 44

Amazing stay - all members were very welcoming and informative. Will definitely visit again. It was in a good location and the staff members were happy to help at all hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who plans on visiting Marrakesh

Zaouia 44 is perfectly fine and relatively good value for the money. Our beds were clean and comfy. I do think the whole place would benefit from a spring clean and some general maintenance. Our shower head was hanging off the wall, and the air con unit made a horrid noise and didn't generate cold air which is less than ideal in August! This Riad is not in a central location, it takes about 15 minutes to the centre of the old city. Sadly compared to other places we stayed in Morocco I wouldn't rave about Zaouia 44.

So from the street this little black door looks nothing, until opened. You are welcomed by friendly staff then walk down this long hallway down some stairs to an oasis in the heat....this stunning court yard with pool is so welcoming, you will feel relaxed straight away The room are large and comfortable and the roof terraces are amazing over looking the city. the only problem is no pool up here and long walk down to chill, hope in time some water feature will appear When here i would ask for an evening meal as chef was amazing we could not fault to food and service here The position of this Riad is perfect to see all the sites as within walking distances, plus plenty of taxis available Big thank you to all the staff here for making our time special and my birthday You just have to go, staying here is a must

Had a very enjoyable stay at this riad- the courtyard full of beautiful greenery and a small pool feels so very peaceful and soothing, providing a complete shield from the rush&madness of Marrakech streets! :) The room was also lovely (stayed in Menzeh Jour Suite)- many authentic architectural features but not ‘over the top’, which was a great fit for us. Very Spacious, comfortable and practical. The staff were all absolutely lovely and caring; looking after us very well! Namely Mohamed- the House Manager was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful- he helped us arrange various things such as private guide, trip to desert, etc. even prior arrival; transportation and overall support with getting around or anything you may need once arrived; and caring- he would personally wait until all his guests return to the riad late at night to ensure everyone gets the support they might need, quite unseen! Mohamed is an absolute superstar and a great asset to the business!
 Overall a wonderful experience, absolutely recommended and would definitely come back!!

Very kind team in a lovely place! We enjoyed our stay a lot ! The food was great and the team did his best to make our stay special. The rooftop is amazing and a very good place to enjoy few chill time away from the city bubbling. The patio room is lovely maybe better in summer because it was a bit cold but still perfect for us

Amazing place to stay, kind and caring staff. The room and the common space were nice and clean, dinner and breakfast excellent, we enjoyed also the hammam, and Mohamed and his staff have all the best suggestions for your holyday in Marrakech
