We loved our stay at Riad Enchanté! The staff is extremely friendly. You can have delicious food (especially the breakfast ist amazing) and a cooking class and also book various trips around Marrakesh. The roof terrace has a beautiful view over the souks, which are super close by.

Amazing stay. Plan to return to Marrakech and stay at Riad Enchante. Amenities were awesome, including the rooftop terrace. We ate breakfast and dinner prepared by the in house chef and it was delicious! The only issue was that it was too short a stay.

Would recommend to anyone going to Marrakesh! Mohammed and Hanni were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a stunning rooftop meal on arrival and the breakfasts every morning were so good with delicious mint tea. Rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with dressing gowns and lots of lovely smelling bathroom products. We also had no worries getting to and from the airport with the transfer service which was seamlessley arranged. Missing it already!

A one week break in November at the Riad Enchanté gave some respite from the grey Warwickshire weather! The riad is located just behind Le Jardin Secret in the Medina 3-4 minute walk from rue Mouassine and offers wonderful tranquillity from the madness of the Souks and Jemaa el-Fna. Almost all of Marrakech’s attractions can be reached on foot from the riad and although the route to the riad is via several small alley ways these are well lit and at no time did my wife or I feel unsafe. Indeed, we did comment that we felt safer in Marrakech than in a number of cities in the UK! Well-appointed comfortable and clean rooms with air conditioning are accessed from a central courtyard which unlike some other open courtyard riads is covered by a modern glass pyramid. The staff, Hussiene, Khaled and Mouad (front of house) and Meriome Ghizlaine and Fatima (housekeeping) are a credit to the establishment. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts taken on the roof top terrace were simple and pleasing, maybe too large on some occasions! A big thank you to everyone at Riad Enchanté for a wonderful week – we will be back.

This place is magical. Very clean, lovely welcome, fantastic breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace. Mohammad and the young fella are there for you 24/7. Lovey room Aladdin Room. Right in the heart of the medina and 10 min walk to the square. I’d definitely go back.

My wife and I recently stayed at this riad. Everything went well from the moment we did our direct booking with this facility. Mohamed coordinated our pick-up from the airport and the transfer was flawless. The location in the medina is very convenient and a lot of attractions can be reached by walking. Several times we returned to the riad late at night and we never felt unsafe. We were in the Alladin room and we found it to be comfortable and clean. It was properly serviced on a daily basis. In addition, we enjoyed the breakfasts and the welcome dinner on the rooftop. When our time in Marrakesh came to an end, Mohamed again took great care of our drop-off at the airport. Above all. the best thing about this place is the service provided by its staff. Mohamed and Khalid were always very respectful, attentive, and helpful. They always were there to make our stay enjoyable. We recommend this place without any reservations.

Wonderful location within the Medina but down a quiet street off the main shopping drag. The secret garden is just nearby. I would recommend arranging a guide/ car to get you there for the first visit as its a little tricky to find at first. The Riad can arrange this for you. The room and bathroom are very clean and a lovely design. There is good water pressure and air-conditioning The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a roof garden with great views over the Medina . Unfortunately I was unable to make it to breakfast during my stay so cannot comment on that .

Firstly, in terms of location…while the Riad is within the old city Souks, it is tucked away in the back alleys a little. Not difficult to find but a good 3-4 mins walk off the main souk alley. Also, if you are arranging pick-up or drop offs, that’s a good 12 mins walk from the main road. Worth considering if you’re not a light packer like me. Rooms are well appointed albeit on the smaller side. My biggest gripe is the service, I paid nearly £400 per night on 30/12. If you’re paying this sort of money, you’d expect great service. They’re very laid back and casual. Only 3 teams members in total. One housekeeper and 2 front of house (one during the day and another overnight). Mohammed who is the Riad Manager was extremely rude during check out. Left the property unattended with just the housekeeper who doesn’t speak much English. I needed help with my luggages (local porters operate in the area who help visitors). Asked Mohamed to organise one for me. He told me that he will organise it right away but he didn’t. Then was giving all sorts of excuses. Lies which I didn’t appreciate. Unfortunately that left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was shocked by his treatment. Kept talking over me and didn’t even apologise. The value of money for this stay simply wasn’t there. There are other Riads where I have stayed in the past who take more pride in the service they provide. This isn’t one of them.

I loved my stay. The place is beautifully furnished and clean, as well as peaceful. The staff is really friendly. Having breakfast up on the roof top terrace was nice. Finding the location might be a little confusing at first but eventually it becomes easy to find. It's inside the souq. I stayed in several places during my trip and Riad Enchanté was the best one. Definitely recommend!
