Hotel Tafoukt

This hotel is scum. The staff is nice, but the owner are exploiters. I paied two nights, but because of bad news I had to leave in the morning. I told the staff that that night, but the owners weren’t in. So I had to wait for a refund till the next morning. In the morning no one of the owners was on duty, so we had a telephone conversation. They told me that they had to wait for authorization of Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir to give me a refund and that would take a day. Because I had to leave, I couldn’t wait and told her that I would come back. After I came back, she just said that she can’t refund me because she didn’t get the authorization. To get more information about the refund I ‘ve contacted Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir, and guess what. They informed me that they are not associated with this Hotel. Well there you have it, a masterwork of a play!!! To be continued on social media!! Because I won’t let them get a way with it..

Para empezar en la sección de idiomas aparece que hablan español y es MENTIRA a parte les sienta mal que no hables ingles, el wifi no llega a la habitación y si lo hace la señal va fatal. No te dejan pagar con tarjeta desayunos y cosas así. El viernes hacen fiesta muy ruidosa con su música típica a todo volumen hasta las 2 de la mañana!!! Y no te avisan al entrar. Al decírselo a la dueña te contesta de malas maneras y dice que como no hablas ingles no te has enterado jaja y ya para rematar uno de los días compre unos dátiles en el zoco y cuando regrese a la habitación alguien se había comido casi todos!! Al decirlo ella contesta que la camarera dice que como mucho que la papelera esta llena de huesos de dátil que me los habré comido ( todo esto con el traductor) porque ni papa de español como he dicho antes. Tengan cuidado porque si no fue porque escondí bien el dinero tal vez también hubieran rebuscado como con los dátiles. Por lo demás la limpieza está bien y el desayuno bien pero con ese trato no merece la pena alojarse ahi.
