This hotel is scum. The staff is nice, but the owner are exploiters. I paied two nights, but because of bad news I had to leave in the morning. I told the staff that that night, but the owners weren’t in. So I had to wait for a refund till the next morning. In the morning no one of the owners was on duty, so we had a telephone conversation. They told me that they had to wait for authorization of Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir to give me a refund and that would take a day. Because I had to leave, I couldn’t wait and told her that I would come back. After I came back, she just said that she can’t refund me because she didn’t get the authorization. To get more information about the refund I ‘ve contacted Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir, and guess what. They informed me that they are not associated with this Hotel. Well there you have it, a masterwork of a play!!! To be continued on social media!! Because I won’t let them get a way with it..

This place was so amazing! The staff and manager were super friendly and accommodating during the stay, though the didn't speak English. It was easy to communicate via Google Translate. Breakfast left more to be desired but it was nice to be included for the stay. The hammam experience was so relaxing and professional. It was also an easy walk or short taxi ride from places to visit and was easy to get to for excursion pick ups.

Les chambres sont magnifiques et l’équipe parle très bien le français et est au top!!👌 Restauration excellente avec une cuisine variée 🙏 très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied les commerces ne sont pas loin et le service de taxis est excellente je recommande😀

Très déçu par cet établissement qui de l’extérieur, parfait correct. Déjà on commence par se faire agresser devant l hôtel pour payer du parking par des marocains de rues. Parking soit disant de l hôtel et gratuit. Là patron n intervient pas. Repas plus que médiocre et chambre horrible. Sale. Coucou bec une terrasse sale.

Un petit bijou à préserver. Accueil agréable. Service correct. Employés serviables et souriants. Vaut le détour. Propreté top. Calme assuré. L'hôtel est au centre ville et t'incite à marcher pour visiter au lieu des moyens de transport.

On avait fait une réservation payée en amont, à notre arrivée ils prétendaient n'en avoir aucune et pas de paiement et c'était presque au refus de nous donner une chambre. Le lendemain, problème réglée une erreur de leur part nous avions bien payé. Ils se sont amusés de la situation et ont fait des remarques sarcastiques.
