Honestly, I didn't expect to stay in this great hotel.really I was surprise it during my check in wish was very professional the room it's was good with nice balcony the location it's very near to everywhere all service in this hotel perfect the staff it's amazing , I would like to thanks Mohamed and Abdulatif from reception and bellboy Mustafa ,Hassan and night security guy they are very kind they help me a lot , also Sana from housekeeping ,the waiter for the coffee sorry if I forget someone , thank you so much

So much for 4* hotel! and their half board cousin! First night 3 items as main course only 1 was available! Second night had to have the same rubbish as first night! Presumably it was the same food heated up. Third night reduced to one page menue with 1 item on it! Reason : no other customers except me and my husband! Take it as a 2* b&b and it will be ok.

We ended up in this property when we moved from the one we originally booked . We found it to be clean comfortable and well equipped. The apartment itself was clean tidy spacious and airy . Two terraces with furniture and a lovely view of the pool. The food was very good breakfast was included and was brilliant.We had lunch and dinner different days and found it very tasty warm and plentiful. On arrival we had a fruit basket delivered with a bottle of chilled water and a phone call from reception to invite us for dinner that evening which was all very unexpected. Mustafa was very pleasant and most helpful all the reception staff were very efficient and knowledgeable about the local area. Our meals were served by pleasant staff as well . The pool although beautiful to look at was cold it didn’t get much sun . Being sunseekers we went in search of s place to find the sun . We located this on a roof terrace which Mustafa furnished with two sun beds for us and we spent at least a few hours a day up there . The hotel is located just far enough from the square (about a 10min walk) to be quieter than the bustle of the city centre. Still plenty of restaurants and shops around to not feel isolated . All in all we had a great stay here and are likely to return.

The entrance to the hotel leads you to believe that you will be staying at this beautifully appointed and designed building..that pretty much ends on the first floor. The rooms felt like you were staying in a very cheap backpackers hostel and the bathroom would be what I would imagine you would find in a prison. The shower curtain did not wrap around the the shower pan, causing the water to spray all over the floor, toilet, and wall. Given that everything was white tile, it created a hazardous skating rink which required us to lay down our bath towels on the ground to prevent us from killing ourselves. The best part was that in order to get house keeping to service your room and give you more than just one partial roll of toilet paper, you were required to leave your key in the door outside. The house keepers do not have a master key, so you are pretty much giving anyone in the hotel access to your room, which does not have a safe. However, house keeping has no problem with vacuuming the hallways outside of your room at midnight. The view from the rooms are of other peoples balconies and the street noise is extremely loud at night. We had such a terrible experience that we requested to leave early and be refunded for the last two nights. The pompous hotel manager refused to refund us even just one night.Given how terrible our experience was, we decided to eat the cost and leave. It just wasn't worth it.

Horrible experience, hôtel ne mérite pas une étoile, été très déçu de l’expérience. Réservé sur booking avec petit déjeuner, au comptoir, ils m’ont carrément nié. Ma femme demande une bouteille d’eau, 10 minutes après, ils toquent à la porte en réclamant le montant(25 dh) , alors qu’ils auraient pu patienter jusqu’au lendemain vu notre arrivée tardive et notre fatigue Bref, à fuir absolument. Seul point positif, la gentillesse et l’amabilité des gens du parking.

Depuis 2014 bien malgré une grève du personnels Simple, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner cher 80 diharmes à gauche de l'hôtel 25 diharmes Tout est à proximité Bus Ligne 1 ,16 qui facilite les visites
