nice hotel， it deserve everything！～ 👍

房間比較老舊 環境比較好 服務人員突然沒敲門開門嚇了一跳 然後投訴了前台 態度後續還可以 感覺會中國人態度沒有歐洲人好

看到了儒艮和海龜。很好的體驗。總體各方面都不錯。房間打掃乾淨，幫忙疊了衣服。白人餐非常豐富，衹是不適合中國胃，甜點好吃。服務員可能覺得我們中國人的英語不太好，不怎麼搭話和主動服務，除了海灘上的工作人員。離店的時候讓我在另一個平台給好評我也給了。一個插曲是我第一天到達就在前台預訂了隔壁的亞洲餐廳，直到第二天傍晚才告知我沒有訂上，時間從六點半改為七點半。而後我為了找這個亞洲餐廳費勁周折，被另一個酒店river?（新酒店建議定這個，服務好主動送我）回前台，我在有點生氣後前台才用電瓶車送我來回，電瓶車都要開很久，那麼遠就告訴我在海灘走過去就到，也沒提供地圖。我就納悶一開始不能主動説送我去嗎。該給的小費我也都給了。我覺得也有可能太多同胞都不給小費所以他們懶得服務。更糟糕的是Jaz amara亞洲餐廳那個經理從一進門就一個**臉，一副愛答不理的樣子，我在餐廳都想罵人了。這個亞洲餐廳是埃及2周最差的服務。我想跟那個經理説一句be happier in your work,OK?服務2顆星主要給前台和這個亞洲餐廳。

很遺憾沒有看到儒艮

非常不錯的酒店，服務很贊，飯菜也很贊，綠化和沙灘太美了…關鍵環境太美了…就是交通不是太方便！出門需要酒店幫忙叫車…

我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

非常好，強烈推薦。開始我們去的另一家其他平台評分9.5的Gemma，第三天搬來iberotel,從酒店設施到餐飲到服務完全吊打，水果果汁都很新鮮，食物也很豐富，而且中國人能吃的下，有兩家餐廳需要提前一天預約沒吃到，但是主餐廳和bar的東西都還不錯。也在酒店海灘追到了儒艮，一早八點去的沙灘，然後和beach boy説好儒艮過來了叫我們，儒艮一天能來四五六次吃草，我們上午就看到來了三四次了，結束後給了beach boy一點小費。因為不會游泳拿了救生員的游泳圈出去，記得提前去diviing center租面具呼吸管還有腳蹼，再來海邊蹲着，面向沙灘的最右側海邊，就腳能踩到的區域有一片珊瑚礁很美特別適合不會游泳的浮潛

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

作為一個海邊度假勝地來說真的挺不錯的

This is our fourth time staying at the Costa Mares hotel. Compared to other hotels, the Costa Mares hotel is a level above. Service, cleanliness, quality and variety of food - everything is better than in other hotels. In addition, its location with a spacious beach, sandy entrance to the water, the possibility of interesting snorkeling with turtles and dugongs makes the hotel a beautiful place for recreation and relaxation. However, the hotel has one flaw in its beauty. It is a large number of tourist boats with snorkelers that arrive during the day and anchor not far from the beach. Especially in adverse winds, the boats are annoying with their noise and the stench from their exhaust. This is probably something that the hotel cannot influence. The beauty of the underwater world is for everyone.

The weather was very warm for the month of April, around 28 degrees, the hotel is new, with wonderful and friendly staff, ready to help you with everything at any time, the food was uniquely delicious, we have no complaints and we would gladly come again, everything was great!

The hotel was one of the best we have had in Egypt. Especially the bay with it`s Sea Turtles and Dugongs made it unique. The staff is very friendly and helping, the gardens are kept clean and planted with wonderful flowers. And most of all the food was excellent not only in the buffet restaurant (Coral) but also in the Snack Restaurants during the day as well as the à la carte dining in the evening.

Top hotel, really recommended! Best hotel you can imagine for rest, good food, good drinks and nice snorkling,… Special thanks to Fady from the rooftop bar for the great cocktails, his skilss and humor maked our nights! Wish we could stay longer…

This was my second vacation in this hotel,I love it. Weather was perfect. Animation guys made every day and night great program,also for kids. Restaurant perfect,meal was perfect again,and I am lacto and gluten free but I have no special meal,I can choose. Waitress,perfect,they make you wish. Roomboy Mahmoud,perfect. And our czech girl Dominika,was very helpfull. Thank Costa Mares. I hope,I will come back so soon.
