Hostel is Accessible from train and bus station, very clean bedding and sheets. Worth staying.

The location is great. Just being picky, the reception is a bit indifferent, and the fridge is kinda messed up. The rules are not that complete for how you are going to store food or your belongings in the fridge or in the box. So it is not exceptionally clean.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in France. The room was spacious, the bed space was spacious, the en-suite and shared bathrooms were spacious - and all very clean too. Only downside if you are a light sleeper is that the rooms are located next to a street, so it can get quite noisy at night especially if the windows are opened.

Great location. Easy to find. Walking distance to the old port and other sighseening places. The hostel and the room is very clean and new. The elevator is working fine. Shower is warm enough. Would be great if there,s hanger on the door or the wall to hang the clothes in the shower. Overall a great experience. Will definally come again. Highly recommend. 離火車站跟老港口很近，走路十分鐘就到了，很好找，背包客棧跟房間浴室公共區域都很乾淨，很值得，下次會再來。

Beautiful hostel with a nice outside area, good location & big rooms. Bed was comfortable and had a curtain. There’s a safety box for everyone but you must bring your own locker. Unfortunately, the little safe next to the bed doesn’t work. Showers could be bigger tho.

Room and beds were great. Ventilation was little poor, also late night events

Perfect location, close to everything you need in Marseille. Atentive and polite receptionists. Would come back again with a pleasure.

No community vibe at all — seems to be a place used by people just passing by. No kitchen, just a microwave and fridge.

I had an incredible stay at the Downtown Hostel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The common areas were vibrant and perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend Downtown Hostel to anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable place to stay. I'll definitely be back!

Really affordable and nice place to stay a couple nights, surrounding area is not too bad, just surrounded by strange people.

Bath room need to improve. It is always wet even in early morning. Noone use it

People were kind and helpful. I stayed in a private room and there was no slippers, no toothbrush, and breakfast was not that good. It didn’t worth to make the reservation with breakfast included.

Enjoyed my stay here. The bathroom is spacious and clean. My bed is clean and comfortable. The view at the balcony is nice! Got to meet a new friend in the common area.
