Decent hotel. Good food. Good location for resorts world or airport

Decent. Room was nice and shower good. Parking only £10 which is cheap to be honest these days. Breakfast was nice no muffins though. My only complaint is kitchen closes at9.30pm in evening I didn’t arrive till then and so I couldn’t order anything.

Great hotel location for the BP Pulse arena and tesort world as next door to them. Parking is available for a fee ( it was £10 for 24hrs when we stayed)

Grate customer service. Room was clean and comfortable Would stay here again

Nice stay and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

Very well located hotel close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants and a cinema. Also close to transport routes. Enjoyed dinner and decent selection at breakfast.

Service was as always very good. Room was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off unless we turned all the power off including the lights. They brought us a fan though and we couldn’t have expected more as it was very late at night by the time we got back to the room

非常滿意的酒店。位於伯明翰市郊，沒有展會期間，價格美麗。旁邊就是奧特萊斯，解決晚餐很方便，酒店的早餐也很不錯。

相對比廣州花都的皇冠假日酒店還是老舊不少，不過酒店的餐食、工作人員禮貌服務等都是很高的，畢竟英國人羣文化就是這樣，衹是展會期間價格的確是比較瘋狂，建議如果來參展還是住市區New street Station附近的酒店更有性價比一些，不然七天下來一萬一千多有點小心疼

有早餐 交通方便，服務也很好，很不錯的一個酒店，可以再考慮，這次訂了好幾天，價格貴了不少，剛好節日，發票也很快
