Naturalis Bio Resort recensioner

My husband and I stayed here while biking in Puglia. The hotel/spa has been converted from a working. The owners have paid attention to every detail. The rooms and common areas are beautiful. Our room and en suite bathroom were very large. We had an indoor sitting area and an outdoor sitting area. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom was large. The shower was spacious and had a number of different shower heads. Perfect after a long day of biking. The pool, which is not heated, is large and has a number of reclining lounge chairs. There is also a spa, which my husband and I enjoyed. We booked the spa journey, which meant we could use the Turkish bath and whirlpool for an hour. It was lovely! There is an on-site restaurant which serves amazing food! It was so good with an outstanding staff! Breakfast is included. It is a huge spread of both savory and sweet offerings. Delicious! This place is heaven.

We stayed at this lovely resort for 3 nights. Our flight was originally delayed, so we ended up checking into the resort around midnight. There was a nice man waiting out front for our arrival and helped us with all our luggage and getting us into our room quickly so we could rest. There we were greeted with a bottle of cold wine, and locally grown fruit. The room was spacious, and beautiful with a wonderfully working AC. The room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge that was not crammed full so we could actually use it. The hotel is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, a true place to unwind and relax. The food is also incredible at the resort, so much locally grown produce and local meats and cheeses. The service is top tier. Service is the same as a ritz Carlton/ four seasons but personal. The owner was present and knew it was our honeymoon and came to congratulate us, so did all the employees. Prices for food and spa services are actually reasonable and easy to book. We had a couples aloe massage and it was such a wonderful experience and the spa is stunning. We can not say enough positive things about this hotel. Our only complaint is that we had to leave, and wish we had a few more days.

Here lives “La Dolce Vita.” From arrival (perhaps as a stranger) to departure (from extended family) everything is bliss! The people, the food, the wine, the olive oil, the aloe, the rooms create a most comfortable and enchanting paradise. And the spa! - indulge in pure rejuvenation and pleasure with the four elements. We hope to continue a new annual tradition. Grazie a tutti a Naturalis ❤️

Wonderful does not adequately describe the experience at Naturalis Bio resort. The setting, the room, the staff, the spa and restaurant are all top notch. If you are mindful, you will feel oddly at one with nature here. Our room looked over beautiful plantings of herbs and aloe used in the luxurious products produced there. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the service attentive. Breakfast included fresh cheeses, pastry, marmelade and honey made in house from locally grown ingredients adding to the opportunity for a healthful experience. Their wine and olive oil were both superlative as well. The location is peaceful and quiet but a short drive from many attractions. A lovely pool and pool bar add to the experience if you choose to stay on the property. You will not be disappointed when you decide to stay here!

If you want total comfort, a great relaxing environment, the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at where your staying and you want to access all the great towns and sights in and around Lecce in Puglia, then the Naturalis Bio Resort & Spa is for you. It was for my wife and I during our 5-night stay there recently. A very large property with 14 rooms (ours was the Lavanda Room), a beautiful pool area, spa, and full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The latter two are in addition to your daily room rate which includes breakfast. In our room we had everything we needed, a king-sized bed with full bath (Shower, toilet, bidet) mini-bar and free internet service. We walked the grounds on our first day, including the herb garden that provides fresh materials for the kitchen, and other areas on the property beyond the multiple buildings. The physical location is excellent to access Lecce, Ortranto, Gallipoli, Gallatina as well as other sites on both the Adriatic and Ionian Sea sides of Puglia. The staff at Natuaralis is wonderful...beyond the daily housekeeping personnel who do a terrific job, the staff that assist guests in the pool area, spa and in food service are top notch. For example, GianLuca and his team, including Giuseppe, Francesco, Christian, Bernadetta (and I know I'm leaving someone out) are equally terrific and personable. During our stay, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner daily on the patio adjacent to the restaurant. The breakfast is a full buffet and the dinner menu is ala carte so you can have an appetizer, primi piatti, secondi piatti and dolce...or you can select less if you prefer. The quality of the food is outstanding...from my perspective all the quests were there for dinner rather than going to the many restaurants in the surrounding areas. One night they had pizza night: Guests had the option to choose a pizza from four different selections and/or enjoy a grand buffet. It was a lot of fun enjoying al fresco dining near the pool and the pizzas were prepared by the chef and his assistant in a large pizza oven...it was a great evening. In closing...I can's stay enough positive things about the Naturalis Bio Resort and Spa. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay there during your stay in the southern part of Puglia.

We are leaving today perhaps the best luxury boutique resort that we have ever stayed at. While the resort is “boutique”with respect to its number of rooms (14 in total), the property and its staff give it a much grander stature. The property is over 20 acres that is magnificently landscaped where much of the vegetables and fruits served at its restaurant is grown. The property at night lights up completely and is just as spectacular as the vistas during the day. The pool setting is outstanding and outdoor dining area adjacent to the pool is perfect. To aptly sum up the property, we have never taken so many pictures of a resort as we did during our stay at the resort. The rooms are very nicely appointed with extremely comfortable bedding and a large bathroom with double sinks. Finally the review would not be complete without kudos to the staff and the food. The staff is extraordinary. Everyone from Jean Carlo, Jean Lucca, Alexandra, the executive chef, the woman from Argentina ( I sadly forgot her name) , Lamenta, the gentleman that oversees the pool, and last but not least , Giuseppe, who is absolutely awesome and a great representative of the Naturalis resort and brand. The food prepared by the chef from a terrific and diverse breakfast to outstanding dinners replete with homemade pastas was awesome. We will return!

Fabulous experience. The domain is beautiful. Comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly staff. The restaurant is also super good. Would love to go back. The spa looks great but we have not had time to test it.

This place is a dream! My husband and I (and our doggy) spent one night in this "agriturismo": a former farm turned into boutique hotel. The reception area used to be the landlord house, while the rooms used to host the farmers. Everything has been restored in style, so it truly feels like an immersive throwback to another era. The rooms are gorgeous: amazing vintage and antique furniture combined with a jacuzzi with chromotherapy, right in front of the bed. We also had a lovely private patio. The peculiarity of an "agriturismo" is that the majority of food and products are produced in site. We tasted delicious oil, wine, honey, fruit, veggies, marmelades, bread, and lots of herbs - such as aloe, lavander, rosemary, thyme, sage, and more, all grown (with love!) in the beautiful land that surrounds the rooms. Naturalis is also a cosmetics brand: they make fantastic aloe and essential oils-based cosmetics. I appreciated the samples package that was gifted to us at check-out, but I also bought a couple of anti-age creams, which are great! The staff is super professional, on point, kind, and very welcoming. Everyone is also very knowledgeable of every aspect of the property and the business. The rooms are super clean and well curated. There's also a pool, an outdoor bar and dining area, and a spa. I've got an holistic massage that was so good I pretty much fell asleep at the end! One night is definitely not enough! This is a place where I think you should spend at least 3 nights to really enjoy the beauty, the tranquility and the services it offers. Naturalis Bio Resort is also a good location to be based at, while doing daily trips around the Salento area of Puglia. Super recommended!

The Bio Resort Naturalis is for me like the ideal bubble of serenity and peace that becames real. The attention to detail of this place takes it to another level of quality, simply incomparable. The winning thing: It is not only a question of undoubted perfection for the colours, cleaning, health of the plants, food (!), SPA, swimming pool, lounge bar, the rooms etc..but it is about passionate and loving care with which everything is imbued. The rooms have marble and ancient closets, the decor is practical yet reminiscent of family homes in the region. The nature that lives in the masseria is not only an element of beauty: it is protagonist together with the guests. It is a place where one feels embraced by the discreet sweetness of the people that work there, amazed every day by the culinary magic of the dishes, deeply pampered by the medicine of the spa, literally located in front of a lavanda field… it is an experience of profound nourishment that cannot be measured with somenthing else. The perfect place to rest the mind - body and soul in once. Last but not least: I experianced to work by remote there and I have to consider that my concentration and mind benefit enormously.

We had a wonderful stay at Naturalis Bio Resort. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the service great. The grounds of the Masseria are lovely to walk around and we enjoyed the pool area very much. The location was very convenient to travel around the area.

No words can describe the beautiful time we had at Naturalis. Firstly the place is simply out of this world, the masseria in itself, the vineyard, the aloe vera room, the perfectly cut grass! One of the most beautiful place i ever stayed. The food was also insanely good, everything is freshly handmade, from breakfast to dinner. The beauty products made of their own aloe vera were also amazing ! And lets not forget the staff, that is very quiet yet still very helpful and make sure you will have the best time there! I will surely come back!

This will be a glowingly positive review. Because Naturalis Bio Resort may be one of the best places we have ever been to…. What struck us from the beginning is the style and refinement of the place. The resort is the result of a renovation of former farms, demonstrating a high level of attention to details. Everything fits. From the way the pillows are put in the many sitting areas inside and outside the hotel, the choice of mural decorations, to the position of … the hay bales in the surrounding fields, it all has a sense of class that we felt to be the hallmark of Naturalis. The location of the resort is great. In the middle of the quiet countryside but at the same time very close to Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Galatina and the sea. The rooms are very spacious and clean. And again beautifully decorated. The restaurant is simply exquisite. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all offered with local produce. A feast for the palate (even for our kids who are not the easiest eaters…). But if the hotel is excellent, its people are even more excellent. Domenico and Marinella, the superfrieldy owners, went out of their way to make us feel most welcome. They gave us many tips to visit the region and its stunningly beautiful cities and villages. Gianluca is the always stylish gentleman, Liliana personifies kindness and class, Giuseppe is the man who telepathically knows what you need and when, Alessandra, Antonio and Giada are always ready, friendly and helpful. There are many others whom we would like to thank but whose names we unfortunately do not have - the reception, kitchen, pool and cleaning staff. What all these great people have in common is their love for the job and the fact that they really want your stay to be memorable, not because they were trained to do so (as in many high end hotels), but because they believe in it. Quite remarkable. We would like to to end with the words of the great Austrian-American philosopher, Arnold Schwarzenegger: I will be back. Oh yes…

We spent a wonderful week in the attentive care of the hotel staff, who were looking after our every need, only wishing we could have accepted the invitation to prolong our stay. The well care grounds in combination with the tastefully decorated rooms, excellent cooking by chef Francesco and tranquility ensure a relaxing stay. Even during traditional off-peak/low season no compromises are made by Domenico and his team, transposing the care of their natural cosmetics to any aspect of the resort. We’re looking forward to coming back to enjoy the attentive care, splendid surroundings, savoury cuisine and sustainable approach yet again.
