Motel 6 Martinez, CA

Property was well kept and maintain end. Bed was okay! But the view I was given was great. It was overlooking a creek. The property was very quiet while I was there. They have also provided breakfast and you can make your own waffle. They have very nice and caring staff. There front desk was quick and cheerful.

When up to mt diablo...me and my girl friend stay here since it was the closes hotel with breakfast near the Amtrak station. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room need a bit improvement but overall my stay was worth the price. Easy access by public transportation.

Filthy den of iniquity with zero amenities, not even TP. Food is a health hazard. Wi-fi is false advertising. If you feel you must have plaster around you while you sleep, ok. I would rather sleep in a park.

Isabel Chavez does an excellent job, very respectful. She has great customer service and very helpful. Maria Bravo does an excellent job cleaning rooms, very friendly and kind. Miriam Vasquez excellent job very nice respectful and friendly. Emmanuel Vasquez does an excellent job. Great customer Service very friendly and kind to me and my family. Maintenance is very lazy and doesn't do their job. I wish Tony would comeback he was a great maintenance person and very helpful, hardworking. The maintenance people now (Jonathan) very lazy and doesn't care about the rooms or anything else. He is lazy lazy lazy. The rest of the management is very two faced, The manager will smile in your face and stab you in the back. My wife use to work their and she the manager always wanted her to keep an eye on Isabel.. Well I got News for everyone at quality inn Martinez, Isabel is the best employee there. Like I said Isabel has great customer Service and because of her I would definitely be back. But for all those who did her bad there. You know who you are and Mirasol, Adrian, Lea and Tiffany one day I hope you really apologize to her because Isabel is extremely hard working and very helpful.

This is the worst hotel we have ever been in. We reserved the Quality Inn A.D.A. room about two weeks before arriving. My wife cannot walk and is confined to a wheelchair. We arrived at 6:30 p.m., exhausted after a long drive. But when we checked in, the person at the desk told us that someone else had already taken the only wheelchair accesible room. I told her that we had reserved the room two weeks ago. She replied that the people in the room had also reserved it, and they had arrived earlier. There were no other accessible rooms available. So they put us in a two-bed room with very little space to navigate a wheelchair. My wife could not get through the door of the small bathroom in her chair. My wife and I are 85 years old and I had to literally drag her into the bathroom and help her onto the toilet. She could not shower in the morning because the room only had a tub shower with no safety bars to hold onto. The faucet handle on the sink did not work so we had to use the bath tub for water. The remote for the TV was gone, probably stolen by the previous tenants. (The desk manager gave me a substitute remote). The sheets on the bed were thin and crumpled, probably because they had not been replaced for years. We had trouble getting to sleep because we could hear people talking both above and next to our room. Conclusion: Do not book this hotel unless you are desperate for a room for the night. And if you are handicapped make sure before you leave home that the motel staff will keep the A.D.A. room available when you arrive.

Place is wonderful, rooms are clean, awesome and comfortable to stay in any day any time. Mirasol and her staffs are wonderful people to work with. My stay at the quality inn Martinez was most pleasant. I felt right at home. The manager Marisol was a gracious host, and if I had any issue, she solved it right away. I look forward to going back soon

I must say that I really enjoyed my stay here at Quality Inn Martinez. The room was exceptional, quiet and comfortable. Thanks to Mayra and Assistant Manager Marisol Milano, I will be coming back there

Marisol is wonderful, great rooms. Very clean. The staff are all very helpful. Wonderful group of people. I recommend this hotel, too everyone. Mrs,Marisol goes above and beyond, her hospitality is great. Lindsey and big D have been great. As well as Jessica on day shift. Maria runs a very good crew of cleaners.
