Moore's Old Pine Inn

If you want a place that is fun, comfortable, peaceful, centrally located, and meticulously planned and managed, this is your place! Rodney and Julie are the greatest owners and they truly care about each guest. Their inn perfectly balances stepping back in time, but with all the best modern amenities. The rooms are decorated so fun, both rooms and cabins very clean and comfortable, and the pavilion, tables, blackstone griddle, grills, games, fire pits, great parking, and so much more makes this the premier location for family reunions with people of all ages. Marysvale is beautiful and the trails, mountains, fishing, and food are incredible. We had an ATV with an issue and Rodney was out helping us get it going, and he and Julie kindly make sure every guest feels cared for. We really enjoyed our stay. The share bathroom wasn't a problem because we were pretty much the only ones there most of the time. It was a very cute bathroom with a clawfoot tub and the whole inn was historic and cute. We stayed in the fishing hole room which was a little small, especially compared to a few rooms across the hall. Check in was super easy. They texted us a key code for the doors and we didn't even talk to anyone. We even saw deer and baby owls on the property. It would make such a great place to go as a family. Next time we might try their private cabins. It was also a great place to stay right in the middle between Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon National parks. Also super close to Piute State park with a very beautiful and tranquil lake.

Great location and darling rooms! It was cozy and so cute but we didn’t know that there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room, would have been nice to know that in advance. Also their ice machine broke. Other than that we really loved our room and the owners were very nice.

historical significance and charm This is the oldest operating hotel in Utah and has been nicely restored. Staying there is like stepping into history. Our room had a gas fireplace setup like an old fashioned wood burning fireplace and plenty of themed decor. We were towing a trailer with our side-by-side and had no problem parking on the property. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates the historical significance and charm of a hotel built in 1882.

This place is a cute vintage inn. The rooms are all decorated in old west themes. The owners are helpful and friendly. They cooked us an excellent breakfast with homemade butter milk syrup that was fantastic for a nominal fee. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
