Overall, we are very satisfied with peppers Marysville. The accommodation is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and the hotel facilities include a sauna, which is amazing!!

Nice Hotel, Great Location – But Poor Service and Facilities The hotel itself is nice and the location is great. However, the reception service was terrible – I'd give it 1 star. I sent an email with inquiries but received no response. When I called, I was told the extra bed would cost $50, but I was charged $60 instead. Very disappointing customer service. The blanket was old and dirty, with no proper cover. The bathroom had poor design – water ended up all over the floor after showering. Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards and should be downgraded to 3 stars with a more reasonable price to match.

The property was very clean and big. The view outside the property were amazing. Suitable for couples and families. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Peppers in Marysville! The staff was friendly, attentive and professional to make our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel even gave us a special celebration and dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was much appreciated! We also enjoyed the restaurant onsite, the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying again in the future!

We stayed in the hotel before. This time the hotel was OK but the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were terrible. The dinner menu was overpriced and the food was not suitable to eat. The dinner dishes were not matched with them declared in the menu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers Marysville! Hotel is in the city centre, very convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel uses Appelles shower, hair and skin products, which are of top quality, impressive!

The stay here was great! Rooms were very clean and I got to commend on the breakfast spread. It was really good! Only 25mins away from lake mountain alpine resort. There is a nearby park that comes with playground too. Food options is a little less in this area though.

I loved the Peppers stay. Surely recommend. little bit concerned about the pool other than that, Enjoyed the food and Place.
