The room was quite cold so we called the front desk since the thermostat did nothing when adjusted. They told us that changing the thermostat doesn’t work unless three or four rooms call for heat???!! Their solution was to send us a plug in electric heater!! If that wasn’t enough we called the front desk when we found a half empty Tito’s Vodka bottle under the dresser!!! It made us question how well the room could have been cleaned! The final item was the uncomfortable bed!! By the way the room was $300 for one night!!!

Went for a wedding. This is the second wedding I have attended at RT. Great experience. The setting is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic. I recommend RT for your wedding, group event or whatever the next adventure may be.

Such a cozy, lovely place in a beautiful garden setting! The food is delicious (especially Hattie’s famous chocolate pie 😋) and the staff is super friendly and welcoming… love the Lodge and can’t wait to come back this summer with my husband.

We were only there for one night but had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect; we felt like we were at a secluded resort. The customer service was excellent. The food was excellent. Everyone made us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend.

Our November wedding at RT Lodge was everything I could have ever hoped for and so much more. The setting is gorgeous at any time of year. You'll constantly discover cozy little places tucked away as if they were waiting for you to find them. The decor is warm and welcoming and always make you feel at home. Chef Trevor serves the best meals in East Tennessee, period. The wedding planning team will guarantee you don't have a thing to worry about. The entire staff takes so much care to prepare everything to your specific needs. By the end of the experience I felt like we were one big family. There's just nothing that compares to the way you're taken care of here. RT Lodge is so much more than a venue. Getting married here guarantees a new lifetime tradition. You'll come back for the food, the fire pit, the cocktails, the coziness - and you'll stay to relive the memories. It's complete magic.

Rooms, meeting area, meals, pre-planning, staff--100% on point!! The chef took care of all our meal requests and special requests for food allergies and special needs. The staff checked on us constantly to insure all was going as we'd hoped. RT is our top choice for our staff retreats!! Can't go wrong!

Have stayed at the Lodge dozens of times but this was the first as part of a wedding weekend. The service and attention to detail was amazing. As we said several times over the weekend, there’s no such thing as moderation at the Lodge. They think of everything!

We absolutely love this quaint little hidden gem! The rooms are perfect, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the restaurant and bar are top notch! Excellent bourbon selection. Hikes are a nice stroll away! Definitely don’t sleep on this place if you’re in Maryville.

Beautiful Inn and experience. RT Lodge anticipates every need and fills it exceptionally. Lovely dining experience and lively bar atmosphere. The walking trails and outdoor fire pit made outside inviting. The morning breakfast was delicious…starting with the perfect eggs! We will be back!
