Acceptable hotel for a one or two night stay. Not the cleanest, but I wouldn’t say it’s dirty. Still a well maintained hotel. Located at a peaceful area in Permas with many eateries within walking distance. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

Nothing is worth mentioning other than the service. The room was ok just for 1 night stay but the toilet meh, the room was quite dark too. We asked for high floor but got a lvl 2 instead. But service was still good for the reception very polite just a pity the room feels like a backpacking hotel.

Convenient for food. I happened to found out 1 new nyonya delight shop. 5min walk from hotel. Easy to find.

Good choice in Permas Jaya. Clean, lots of parking outside hotel. Staff are polite and room is good.

The hotel was so clean! Very comfortable staying in this hotel. The front desk friendly even we check in at midnight. Would stay again in this hotel

Room looks alright for first glance and the price paid after using my trip coins but the bathtub doesnt hold the water, hot water stops mid way while showering, room is dusty, comforter has yellowish stains and there's no hair dryer. Got a runny nose and sore throat at night due to the dust. Won't be coming back.

Decent hotel, clean. Basic standard hotel necessities provided. Hotel interior renovated in recent years probably around 2017, well located around more local areas, rather than touristy areas. Easy access and close walking distance to food places. Overall, a pleasant quiet chill out place. Hotel overall, although very clean, may need a bit of interior detail touch-ups in certain places.

My go to place when ever I go jb. Bed is fine, plenty of pillows, lobby staff are always friendly.
