V3 Hotel & Residence Seri Alam recensioner

The location was strategic with a lot of eateries, convenience shops and located next to Regency Hospital. I checked-in late night and found that the curtain hooks were broken. I called the guy in the reception to fix also mentioned to him that my room has a bit of faulty smell. He came up immediately to fix the curtain hooks and passed me the air freshener for the room. I stayed for one night and left early morning for my meeting. Overall, my stay was Ok.

Good for business trip. Nearby is easy to eat with varity food

The bedsheet was dirty with stained. We have to request new bedsheet & change our own. The TV Channel need to reset everytime on. The floor is dusty.

A cozy simple and clean room, everything ok. Especially the big bathroom. Feeling satisfied!

Pros of the hotel is the location that is easy for you to to get food nearby and has 7eleven below. Cons is the cleanliness. Overall, acceptable to stay for 1 night.

Budget hotel that located at the heart of masai. Convenient for food and free parking available

Utk budget travellers ok la. Bilik agak kecil. Plug hanya 1. Cadar dan sarung bantal agak lusuh. Tuala mandi yg diberi koyak. Sarapan pagi disediakan.Boleh pilih tetapi hanya satu seorang sbb dihidangkan berdasarkan piliha . Bukan buffet. Ada pilihan nasi lemak,mee kari, oat,roti dan mushroom soup.Air teh atau kopi.

Strategic location. Hotel rate suitable with rooms provided. Just nice for short stay. Thank you. Your sambal nasi lemak very tasty!!

It is a smoking hotel. The lobby felt dim and dark, and the staff at reception appeared to have trouble speaking in English but we did manage to check in. Once the door of the lift opened at our floor, we smelled strong cigarette smell. The entire corridor floor smelled bad. We were hopeful but our room had a very strong cigarette smell as well. The staff brought a vacuum cleaner but it would not clear the smell in the room; they needed another type of machine. It was a non-smoking room, but yet they allowed you to rent an ashtray (refer to image). As we get sick with the smoke smell, we couldn’t stay (while waiting for the staff, we had to open the window at the corridor to breathe in some fresh air) and checked out/ left the hotel. Thankfully we found a non-smoking hotel nearby. Trip.com helped us with the refund.

Too noisy sound prove are bad. Room ok

Affordable stay, smooth CS but breakfast food not too satisfying.
