Very clean and very quiet rooms. Isaiah was incredible during check in! This is my go to hotel when I travel for work. There is a bar and the pool area is very clean. Check in was easy and quick. I will be staying here again and again. See you next time!

First time at Springhill Suites in Mason. Beautiful new hotel with spacious suites. Only issue, a minor, was that the TV did not work when I arrived to my room. A call to the front desk and Isaiah quickly arrived and fixed the problem. Another shout out to both Ginny (breakfast person) and Keara (front desk). Ginny did a super job setting up and maintaining the breakfast food so there was plenty. Also, her smiling disposition made starting the work day easier. Keara friendly voice and clear effort to ensure my stay was comfortable was welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel. BTW the Springhill Suites shares the building with Townplace Suites, so a reservation at either will yield the same excellent staff to help you.

Chose this hotel because of it being close to Kings Island. Checked in around 6:30 and was with a family member who was behind me. The guy at the front desk said I hope a room on the first floor is ok cause thats all we have. I said yes because I wanted a room close to my family and that works if there was only rooms on 1st floor. We go to our room to check it out when my family calls and says they are on the 4th floor. How does that happen when the front desk clerk said they only had rooms on first floor?? Upon checking the room one of beds had yellow pee stains on the mattress cover, and hairs in the shower. This is a newer hotel, but it won’t be long before its completely run down unless they start cleaning it better. The indoor pool is horrible, water is ice cold and floor is so slippery we seen 3 kids slip and fall. There are definitely better hotels in the area. Way over priced for $200 a night.

Excellent hotel for the Cincinnati Open! Conveniently located, very clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and convenient parking Even gave us a parking pass for the event! 🎾 Will definitely stay again next year!

The front desk staff was awesome and very helpful. They were friendly , knowledgeable and very efficient. They would help with needs we had from housekeeping to help out housekeeping (I guess). They were just really accommodating. And I will definitely stay again.

We loved this Springhill Suites. It is always spotless when we visit. The rooms are set up so nice where one can sleep while the other watches tv, swivel tv. A nice big bathroom with shampoo and body wash in the shower. The breakfast is always so good with something for everyone!! We will continue to stay there when we visit family!
