Turbo Club

Do not be fooled by the 2 star rating as we have stayed in 3 and 4 star places that are nowhere near as good. Staff were so friendly and helpful considering how hard they all had to work. We couldn't fault the quality and variety of food on offer, but as in most places nuke your food to warm it up. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Supermarket on site with a wide variety and good prices. Entertainment left a bit to be desired but it's what you would expect in December with low occupancy. A little bit on the outer edges of the resort but bowling alley and restaurants nearby at night, but during the day a free bus to the beach leaving twice a day and returning twice a day. All in all a very pleasant holiday would not hesitate to book the resort again.

Currently staying at the turbo club apartments cannot find any faults rooms are clean and comfortable powerful shower food is excellent and good choice the free shuttle bus to Massapalomas is good all the staff are friendly and attentive would recommend this accomodation I will certainly come back

Stayed for a week. We had a lovely, peaceful break in the sun. Apartments were spotless, beds were comfortable & all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a bit away from the busy areas of Maspolamos, but it's only a €7 taxi fare away or if you're able, about a 45 minute walk. We loved that the place was away from the busy areas. The food was good, with plenty of choice, even for a fussy eater like myself. Overall it was superb value for money. We'll be looking to go back next year

Just come back from a wk in this hotel & for the price you just can't complain, apartments where a really good size but think they could of provided a kettle. Staff lovely & work hard. Plenty of food choices & yes could of done with been warmer , if you like coffee do 2 hot milk & share a expresso & it's lovely. We met loads of nice people, hotel is out of way & could of done with a tui rep on sight but get free bus to beach or a taxi to shops or yumbro centre for 6e Id suggest buying own mixers so drinks taste better & def have a look to Morgan but all in all we'd go back.

Absolutely not somewhere we'd go again No one obeys towel on sunbed rule Smokers in nonsmoking area Quiet pool definitely not quiet No managers around to enforce rules. Bloke completely trollied but still served alcohol Never again will we come back

This complex is lovely, superbly run and kept spotless. The staff all work very hard and are always ready with a smile. The food is extremely good with everything cooked freshly and no ultra-processed rubbish. The bar is very well stocked and I don't think there is a liquor that they don't stock. Initially I was a bit alarmed as there was loud music belting out and a few drunk & very loud Brits around the bar & pool, but we found the smaller pool at the back where you can't hear the music and for those of us who need to relax with a bit of peace and quiet, it was perfect. The apartment looked quite a bit smaller than the photos, but don't they always. It was perfect for the two of us. Three would be a squeeze but doable. The bathroom was very clean and each apartment seems to have its own hot water tank in the kitchen, so plenty of hot water. The shower was the best holiday shower I've ever had! We took a taxi to the beautiful white sandy beach of Maspalomas which was 7 euros and at the end of our stay we took a taxi to the airport because we didn't fancy the 15 pick-ups that the TUI coach was going to make on the way. This enabled us to go to the airport later and have an almost full last day by the pool. The chap on the reception was really friendly, helpful and kind and let us keep the room for an extra 40 euros. The taxi to the airport was 47 euros. Thank you to all the staff of the Turbo club from the kitchen staff, the waitresses, the domestic staff, the reception, bar staff and life guards...you all make an amazing team and I hope the management congratulate you! This is the best 2* hotel that I've stayed in by far.
