Turbo Club

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week on our vacation. Posetive: +Amenities: They had mini golf and tennis as physicall activities you could rent. They also offerd laundromat which you had to pay for. 2/3 pools 1 small kid sized pool and one small for adults aswell as the big main pool with the pool bar. The free bus to the beach was a huge pluss, but wasent a huge beach so after a couple times on the same bach it can get boring. + The pool bar: The pool bar offered medium variety of drinks, but the staff would also make things not on the menu such as coke and rum, and gin and tonic. They would mix the drinks a bit strong, so if u like the alchol taste it can be a + or a -. + Food The buffet they offered was alright not the best quality but definitely eddible. The lunch and dinner changed everyday so u wouldnt get tired of the same meals. Breakfest was the same every morning which was a slight dissapoinment, but they had fresh crepes every morning. Sometimes they had left overs from the previous day's meal to lunch. You dont need to worry if you are a picky eater, my grilfreind is a very picky eater and got full to every meal always found something to eat. If i could pick one one thing for the food it would be more seasoning some things tasted very bland. +Room Rooms were very nice, furniture was'nt too run down and we were very happy with ours. walls floor and celiing was a bit run down, some cracked tiles and old water damage, but we didnt care about it, we werent there to stay in the room so didnt matter. +Staff: Staff were very nice and helpfull. They all spoke English and some spoke German. Negative: - Dessert Dessertwise huge disapoinment if you dont like pudding. lunch and dinner dessert offered some cake and very much pudding. breakfest was the only meal to offer a good dessert. They also had som fruit that were cut up ,but disappeared very fast and they didnt refill it like they did with alle the other foods/desserts. -Roomservice: Room service was bad. You get room service mondays, wednesday and fridays. We arrived on a wednsday so our first room service should've been on the friday but we didnt get any, but then on the monday when we got roomservice they didnt clean under the bed and they didnt even change bed sheets they just put the same old dirty one and just remade the bed. The maids didnt speak or understang English We enyojed our holiday here a lot, i would recommend this place for families and new travelers. We will not come back here unfornatley because we never travle to the same place. hope this review answerd all your questions.

First time in Gran Canaria and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel it has a free bus service 2 x a day to the beach it has a shop down the stairs which is great the food is surprisingly good to say it’s an all inclusive the rooms are clean however I’d prefer it if they changed the bed sheets everyday the pool is clean the kitchens and dining area are clean so are the bathrooms I was very impressed with this place I will return 2026

Currently staying at the turbo club apartments cannot find any faults rooms are clean and comfortable powerful shower food is excellent and good choice the free shuttle bus to Massapalomas is good all the staff are friendly and attentive would recommend this accomodation I will certainly come back

Just back from a week here and can’t fault the place. Staff were very helpful and resolved all issues asap. Food was ok, as expected for this star of hotel and never went hungry, drinks were good too and cocktails better than some higher standard places we have stayed. Apartment 211 was where we were overlooking the big pool. Air con was a bonus and worked perfect. Good shower with plenty hot water. A little out the way but we like walking and taxis are easy if needed. Free bus to and from beach as well. If I return next year would definitely stay again.

Just come back from a wk in this hotel & for the price you just can't complain, apartments where a really good size but think they could of provided a kettle. Staff lovely & work hard. Plenty of food choices & yes could of done with been warmer , if you like coffee do 2 hot milk & share a expresso & it's lovely. We met loads of nice people, hotel is out of way & could of done with a tui rep on sight but get free bus to beach or a taxi to shops or yumbro centre for 6e Id suggest buying own mixers so drinks taste better & def have a look to Morgan but all in all we'd go back.

I would not recommend this place at all I says there's entertainment on a night there was Ed sheeran on repeat through a speaker ther was an hour kids club that plays hopscotch and face paint in a room by there self away from the pool area but at same time as dinner so u have to choose eating or facepainting without ur parent no day time entertainment there's a gate for the public to use the spar but walk up the steps ur in the hotel so not very safe for children when members of the public can freely walk in without entering the reception u have to have eyes in the back of ur head full of cockroaches and ants everywhere when I told the staff they just laugh u are in hot country expect it we had to check out at 12 at half 11 cleaners were in our room rushing us out moving our stuff shouting at us for pinching a cushion when it was on the balcony on the chair very rude cleaners are supposed to clean every Monday Wednesday and Friday ours got cleaned once in the whole time we were there toilet didn't Evan get cleaned and all the towels are the size of a tea towel it's in the middle of nowhere so to go to the shops nightlife or beach or restaurants it's a taxi ride each time it's ridiculous I'll never go there again.
