In the hamlet Montegusciani with 4 houses 4 km from the centre of Prata, 7 km from the centre of Boccheggiano, 17 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, on a slope, 25 km from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. 800 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars).
