The property backs to a wooded area and has no neighbors to the right or back, so you cannot see the neighbors from any of the decks or the backyard - unless you count the deer or gophers you'll see regularly sauntering through the woods, of course. The house offers an open, updated and well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for dining indoor and outdoor, two decks, a stone patio and firepit in the backyard, a game room with air hockey and pool, and lots of high end updates. We also offer free high speed Wifi and a smart TV in every room, as well as board games and toys for the youngest members of your party! This home's location halfway up the mountain makes it easy to enjoy all of the resort's amenities, while having quick access to attractions in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN! This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. OUTDOOR FIRES • High wildfire risk area! • No open fires. • No unattended fires. • No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). • Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage (dot) com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS • Leash always required when outside. • Clean up after your pets. TRASH • Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports.
