360 Rainforest

Great rustic stay in the rainforest. We stayed in a cabin which was basic but comfortable (you can also stay in safari tents by the river). Host James and staff bent over backwards to help make our stay enjoyable. We loved swimming in the infinity pool, and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner in the small dining area. It's a 2min walk from the national park entrance and the guided trek that 360 organised for us was a highlight of our Sri Lanka holiday. Please be aware that this is in the rainforest so living amongst bugs and other wildlife in rustic conditions is all part of the fun. It's also only accessible via a fairly rough and winding road.

The manager is running the business with passion, which makes the stay unforgettable. The place is not easy to reach and therefore not suggested to stay only one night, but once there you will forget the journey. Perfect place for those who loves nature and warm welcome

We travelled a group of 12 people 2 small kids. Me and my parents have been here before 3 years ago. Like last time the service is really good. I'm conflicted about my review as all the workers who worked there worked hard to make our stay amaxing and if it wasnt for them it would have been average. Like last time one of the nights there was playing load music from one of the neighbor hotels and if you sleep in one of the tents it's like having a party in your backyard. The manager did everything he could to call the other hotel and make them stop the party. It stopped 23.00 also when you re in the middle of nature with small kids you are not looking for a party. The tents are very old and everything in them needs an upgrade. This place has a serene location and the view from the tent is amazing. Potentiale is big. We had 2 guided tours in the forest. AMazing tours with great tour guides. Last one - a big thanks to all the workers that helped carry our food down to the waterside as we didn't wanted to sit in the darker small restaurant area. From breakfast to evening dinner. I think we will choose another place for our next visit to the rainforest unless everything get's a good update.

This is truly a great place for nature lovers. My two friends and I stayed in a tent cottage for one night and made many wonderful memories. I highly recommend this as a place to experience the coolness of the misty forest. The dedication of the entire kitchen staff to prepare the food and drinks to our liking is truly commendable. Finding a guide to travel through the Sinharaja Rainforest gave me the opportunity to gain knowledge that I had never known before. Overall, I would like to thank everyone for their sincere support in helping me gather the most wonderful experiences, and I 100% recommend this place for a fresh experience close to nature.

We booked 2 nights at the hotel, 2 adults and 3 children, the rooms we received were full of insects, not maintained, brown water came out of the taps, inappropriate, the pictures do not correspond to reality. We left after one night and the hotel refused to refund the extra night.

Very bad experience! Our stay at 360 rainforeat Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel suffers from severe neglect and lacks any sort of maintenance. Overall, this was an absolute waste of money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding 360 rainforest Hotel if you value a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay. It’s the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and the complete lack of customer service only made matters worse.
