We stayed here after reading the positive reviews. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with the family unit (cabin 9) it was falling apart. The cabin looked nothing like the photos and it was in need of a total refurb. The floor is worn, the curtains have been tailored with a number of pins and the air con is stuck together with sticky tack. I expected more for the $130 price tag and had I known just how bad it was I would have extended our stay in Katherine and just drove to the hot springs. Whilst the staff are friendly they are absolutely run off their feet and they had a lot of customers to serve before we could check in. My advice would be to put some investment in to these cabins, they will love you for it and so will your customers.

This is adjacent to the natural spring. A lovely spot to relax. The restaurant at the facility was good and they had evening entertainment, which we enjoyed very much. We stayed in a cabin, Very small, no thrills. Unfortunately the room was smelly, I suspect it came from the mattress. Pillows and towels were fresh. We used our sleeping bag and left the air conditioner on all night. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend a visit but check the room prior to committing. I did not complain to management.

Stopped here for lunch twice on a recent road trip. After stopping at so many neglected road houses it was a pleasant surprise to walk inside. The first thing I noticed was the well stocked cake fridge and the large amount of hot food options ready to go. There was a large enclosed outdoor eating area. The toilets were around the back of the building and were very modern and clean. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stop here again.
