Perfekt hotel at Zanzibar The hotels atmosphere is very cozy - the roof gives a unique look. The room is cleaned in the morning and bed + mosquito net + bathroom is made every night. The hotel tries it best to save the amount of used plastic bottles - there is refill stations placed around the hotel - we like this gesture. All staff members are very polite and smiling. The managers are very visible and follow up with guest on a frequent basis - we found that nice. We arrived March 16 to an amazing barbecue and entertainment. Few days after was a buffet with local food. Several nights entertainment. The other evenings the menues changed - we could every day choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 2 desserts. We stayed here for 11 days and the food was amazing - the best we had for 11 days in a row. The breakfast buffet is very big and very well sorted plus omelets etc were made in the breakfast area. We had half board on our stay and as it was very sunny we had very little interest in a big lunch - so we only had very little for lunch. Furthere more we do not drink so much alcohol so we did not upgrade to all-inclusive (50$ per day per person). The hotel offers different sightseeing tours however several of them is a lot cheaper if you book in the "boat" house on the beach. The beach also has sunbeds but we used the ones around the pool as shades possibilities were better here. The ocean was very hot and eventhough there off cause was seaweed in the ocean we enjoyed it. We very much recommend this hotel and if we ever return to Zanzibar we will be back.

This resort is beautiful. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing. There was a Sawhili night one evening which was incredible. It was an African drum band, 3 dancers and a gymnist who did amazing poses with his body. The food was outstanding and it was great to experience their culture. The bar had feature drinks of the day which were great. The swimming pool was appreciated as the island has an issue with ocean garbage. There are lots of activities to do at the resort.

We did not stay there but this was our Oasis at,night for a nice and relaxing diner. The staff os absolutely fantastic. So kind as well as the management team who came nicely to check of we were fine even coming from outside. If we go back in this region we will def go to Zanzibar queen. Everything about this wonderful hotel hits the mark - all the staff are really welcoming, helpful and conscientious; the layout of the hotel grounds - the pool, the restaurant, the bar, and the proximity to the beach are all so well placed to each other; the food from the breakfast buffet to the evening meal is excellent and varied; and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
