比預料的好，這裏比西部便宜一些，人也少，但是挺乾淨，房間也挺大

The drop down menu did not offer our dates. We stayed here in October 2019 - but I lost me sign on/password so only writing review now. We really enjoyed this hotel - very clean and everyone on staff friendly. The lady at the desk helped with taxi's. We found the breakfast buffet ample and tasty. We had dinner one evening in the hotel dining room and were very pleased. We went to see the caves but car traffic was limited there so that is why we chose this hotel. There was secured parking. All in all - definitely worth going back.

By far the nicest hotel staff I have ever found. Fluent in Spanish and English. Super dog friendly, any dog size. Welcome dig pack includes 😍😍😍Just 1,5 Km from sassi and close to food stores, shops and restaurants (also a pharmacy very close to the hotel). Excellent breakfast including local food and spectacilar vegan options. Bikes can also be rented. Large and comfortable rooms (we were two adults and two dogs and we had plenty of space)

We discovered this hotel quite by chance, as we had no plans to stay in Matera. But, when an unexpected accident left my wife with a broken foot, we needed a place with easy access for short-term recovery while we revised our travel plans. Hotel Nazionale was the answer to our prayers. Under normal circumstances, one would appreciate its convenient location for sightseeing, great breakfast, the parking garage, room comfort, elevator, wifi, value for the price. On top of all that, we appreciated the conveniences we needed: breakfast delivered to the room, access to pharmacy, and the kindness and compassion of the staff, especially Francesco, who was exceptionally gracious and attentive, and always ensured that we had ice for my wife’s injury. When we return to Matera we will definitely stay at Hotel Nazionale.

I stayed at Hotel Nazionale-Matera while visiting family for 9 nights with my son. My wife recommended this hotel based on her stay a few weeks earlier when she visited Matera with friends. She knows how fussy I can be, so she knows if I didn't like it, she would be hearing about it for quite awhile. The hotel is in a great location, modern, and safe. The room was sleek, clean, and housekeeping came every day. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were available. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options-eggs, sausages, rolls, toast, pastries (lots of delicious pastries), fruit, juice, coffee, etc. I looked forward to going there each morning. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. We had to leave very early on our last day to catch an early flight and they arranged for a bagged breakfast for us. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar and sitting on the patio was an extra plus. After 9 nights you'd think I would have at least one negative take away, but I don't.

We arrived late in the evening, the gentleman at the reception was super accommodating. All the staff in this hotel are fabulous, pleasant, professional and super accommodating. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the bed is comfortable. The pups had a bed, treat, toy, and water and food bowls waiting. We had dressing gowns and slippers waiting along with a full mini bar. It made for a fabulous stay in this beautiful city in Italy.
