Park View Hotel.

The hotel has cancel-led the booking one day prior to check-in. Gave reason for it that they don't accept the bookings from make my trip. Very unprofessional experience. I don't have any idea for the refund of payments. Kindly help.

The place was shabby and nothing like shown on the pictures. The light and water was not working and they gave us servant rooms just because we were a hour late in checkin. The wifi was not running terrible place to stay at. No one was sitting at the reception to contact if we needed something or any information. Only thing that was good was the dinner and location as the place is right at the main market

The rooms were awesome and the food was also good. The amenities around the resort were enjoyable to spend a full day

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent trip. The park view hotel provided substandard accommodations. Despite booking a room for a one-night stay on February 10th the actual room fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that the room depicted in online photos differed significantly from reality. The room was exceptionally small, with a cramped bathroom and attached toilet resembling the space between two steep staircases. Toilet seat was elevated and bathroom was so cramped that one could hardly close the door after entering. Additionally, the washbasin leaked water onto the bathroom floor instead of draining properly, creating an unpleasant experience. The lack of amenities such as fans, tv, proper door locks, and adequate ventilation added to our discomfort. Despite our dissatisfaction, when we requested a room change, the manager claimed all rooms were occupied, though we suspected otherwise, as empty rooms seemed reserved for guests booking directly through the hotel. This discrepancy in treatment based on booking method is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. Instead, consider alternative accommodations such as lodges or cottages that offer better value and service. The lack of cleanliness, and satisfactory service made our stay thoroughly unpleasant. This experience was especially disheartening as we have been frequent visitors to matheran, having visited almost twenty times prior. Overall, this experience marred what should have been an enjoyable trip.

Rooms were average, not properly clean, lunch and dinner good taste and options. Magic show was amazing. Overall good

It’s an average cottage! hygiene can be improvised. In picture there was tv, but none of the room had one! furthermore, there was disturbance and could hear voice of everyone passing by the passage. Not happy!
