That is a room with a view! Absolutely stunning! And a nice onsen too! Room quite big and spacious! Friendly staff. Would come back.

We booked 2 rooms. Very comfortable stay, walking distance to castle and 7-11. The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

Location is about 1 km from train station, but it’s very near Matsumoto Castle. Breakfast is fine and the room size is tiny same as other hotel in Japan.

Staffs are very nice and good service mind. Room is small for two but all you need for stay are prepared in the room. About 900m from train station, it is hard to bring the big suitcase to the hotel.

Hotel was clean and spacious enough for two people. Many scenic and tourist spot were also accessible just by walking or the local bus service.

Pleasant stay, standard business hotel with self service amenities. Nice public bath, but quite small. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle, but very limited parking space if you’re driving. We also didn’t realise there was a back alley to turn into to unload our luggage.

There's not too much in the area immediately around the hotel, but the castle, the bus or train station, restaurants and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The hotel has an onsen. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. Kindly gave us a room with the castle view. Although it's a 15 minutes' walk from Matsumoto station, the location is very good, with convenience stores and a take-away tempura shop just next door. Would stay there again.

The staff were so nice with great work ethics. The place was clean and tidy. Checking-in and out was so quick and smooth. I love the location of the place, it's just near the Matsumoto Castle and it also has a bento shop next to it where we can easily buy food when we get hungry. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I booked superior double room. The room was too narrow for two people. Though the location was good.

Good location. Very close to the Matsumoto Castle but you would need to walk around 10 mins if you want to go to some nice restaurants. The parking lot near the hotel is always available so we can park very close to the hotel. The room is good; clean, and quiet.

Location but far from train and bus station but city not too big and locate not far from Matsumoto Castle

This new hotel was clean with a nice view to the city. It required 15 mins walk from the main station.
