Hotel Buena Vista recensioner

The location is near but consider as far walking from station. It’s very far from the walking streets/ town and castle (approx 1km or slightly more). The bus/ transport couldn’t stop exact to those area hence walking is required. If you wanted to stay close to the station, there’s more better choices which more straight forward locate from the stations. Hotel buena vista just not as straight forward. The staff is just junior inexperience. I have phone data issue and ask for wifi assistance. The wifi in the lobby is so weak that I couldn’t connect. I ended up going back to JR station to get the public wifi to fix my data. Staff just look at me without offering any solutions. But one staff is kind and he stood at the lobby. He handed me the Matsumoto map for my exploring before the 3pm check in. Hey, I expected this is done by the one at the counter not this gentleman who stand at the hotel lobby! When it mentioned hotel buena vista has good cafe etc etc .. it’s actually dated and nothing to shout about. However the perks is to book a slot and visit the sister hotel closer to the mountain with the provided shuttle bus for their onsen facilities. That was top notch !!! Please book it earlier before it’s gone. However the slot available is dinner time. So please consider it.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff are friendly. They also offer access to a free open-air onsen at their affiliated hotel, which is a great bonus.

The service at this hotel is excellent. From the concierge to front desk. Location is near Matsumoto station. I was directed to a multi storey hotel parking at the back of the hotel. It cost 1100 yen per day (multiple entry per day). Just exchange your parking ticket with the reception . They settle the parking fees when you check out. The hotel is rather old. Looks like you entered the 1980s zone. Rooms are renovated to some extend but I could see the wear and tear. Housekeeping a bit sloppy as the window bay area was dusty when we checked in and there was a musky smell esp the bathroom.

I enjoyed my 2N stay here. Firstly its only a short walk to the station. There is also a van shuttle to the station. Rooms are comfortable.

Nice and clean, and super handy location that has made our journey much easier. Nice breakfast too.

I like the hotel breakfast, with a great variety of choices ranging from local cuisine to Western cuisine.

The location of the hotel is convenient within seven-minute walking distance from the train station. It is quiet at night. Disappointingly, the interior of the room is a bit ragged. Being a smoking room, the pungent smell is unbearable. The parking lot is small and could cater 30 automobiles only.

服務很差一點沒人性化，我們一早7點多必須趕JR去奈良井宿，泡温泉預約9點開始，時間沒到不給預約理由🙄還有JR松本站出來拖着2人三個箱子在雪地裏拖着走到酒店，説好來接我們的，反正這家酒店就一通不講理，早餐也差沒東西吃

為了去看被認定為日本國寶的四座城堡之一鬆本城入住該酒店。酒店距松本城步行25分鐘，距松本車站卻很近，衹要步行6分鐘，但是酒店能派車免費接送客人到車站，非常貼心。大堂內有24小時不熄火的火爐，跳動閃爍，很有創意。松本是日本最精緻的小城之一，城堡、街道、畫廊、咖啡館相得益彰，可去雜品店購一點小工藝品，非常有特色。

服務是亮點。到達松本站後電話聯繫，有賓館車過來接站。賓館大廳洋式，裝飾很有範。早餐豐富，離開時能送至車站。有免費温泉可享用，可惜車誤點沒能趕上。若去松本城，酒店購票490円（外面700円）。
