The photos do not do this place justice. The rooms were clean and charming and the host welcoming and responsive. But the best part is sitting on the balcony, watching the river go by. Breakfast was substantial, with plenty of choices. Stay here!

This is a great place to stay in Maupin. March, of course, is off season, but the hotel is accessible and the staff is always friendly. I like the rooms. Every room has a different theme. Bathrooms are well stocked. I don't know if all the rooms have a jacuzzi tub, but this one did. Didn't have time for that, but did have time to sit around the fire in the evening. The beds are great. The pillows are great.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Self-serve continental breakfast with micro-wave and toaster to heat frozen or fresh items. Beautiful location on the river, nice patios out sliding glass doors. Only negative is awful toilet paper. Shreds easily.

Excellent company with amazing staff, my best friend and I were the only people who booked that day and they still took us out as if we were a full group. It was such a fun experience! The lunch provided was so good, and I'm looking forward to doing it again next summer.

This is the perfect place for anglers and rafters to stay when planning a trip on the Deschutes. Our room was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was perfect for us getting out early on the river. 10/10 would stay again.

The Imperial is a clean oasis on the river in Maupin. The riverview and grounds are spectacular, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. It's the perfect place to stay while fishing or rafting in the area. You should check to see if the restaurant is open as it closes in the off season.

Room with balcony overlooking the river was great. The King bed was very comfortable, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was filling and very delicious. Weather was perfect, took a walk down to the swings by the river and relaxed for a few minutes before continuing on with our trip.

Ten family members enjoyed the trip down the river with imperial. Both guides gave us an awesome experience. We all had an awesome time. We came from Connecticut, Massachusetts and some locals from Forest Grove and Hillsboro. Thank you Imperial!

The rooms were very accommodating with the motif (we were in the Angler room). The restaurant was excellent with the food and service and staff The rafting was awesome with our guide Beau being a professional rafter and guide! Fishing was a blast as there are a lot of spots to fish from. I’m looking forward to coming back! Another amazing aspect of the hotel is the coordination of the trains entertaining us as it goes by with the conductor sounding his whistle!
