The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius recensioner

The hotel is really nice and big. The food is of goos quality and the staff very professsional and welcoming particularly at the BEACH GRILL and MAIN POOL. If you're looking for peace and wellness it's the perfect place. However if you want fun and dancing that's not the atmosphere of the hotel.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

住了三天，還不錯的酒店，房間比較寬敞，服務也在線，達到威斯汀的水準，早餐也算比較好，豐富味道好，在這裏看到了人生中最美的日落，美慘了，還會再來，也歡迎大家來重慶

너무나 좋았던 터틀베이! 리조트자체가 중후한 매력에 수영장도 좋고 산책로도 잘되어있고 야러모로 너무 좋았어요!!

因為國內三亞的威斯汀酒店體驗很好，所以這次在毛里求斯也有兩天選擇住在威斯汀，但是實際體驗差強人意，完全不能達到預期。比我們住的另兩家（jw Marriott/ anantara iko）相差很多。 整體服務人員的素質參差不齊，特別點名批評前台reception的Janvi，態度粗魯、提供的訊息錯誤、check in流程非常不專業，如果之後再來毛里求斯，絕對不會選擇威斯汀酒店。避雷。

非常不滿意，這麼貴的酒店服務並不匹配，提前那麼久訂的房間到了以後卻給我分配了位置特別差的一間，陽台門年久失修，開啟關閉時噪音都很大，隔壁光線稍微好點的房間明明沒有客人入住，我提出調換卻被敷衍打發，調換了一間位置更差更陰暗的一間唯一的進步就是陽台門是完好的，問題是我要求調換的房間晚上我去看過根本沒有客人入住，我不得不懷疑酒店是有歧視華人之嫌。此外我臨時提前退房，結賬時竟發現被莫名消費了幾瓶啤酒要求付款，可是我和孩子壓根不喝酒，雖然沒有堅持向我收取這筆費用，但也可見酒店做事不負責任的態度！

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer absolut geschmackvollen Anlage. Exzellenter Service mit ehrlicher Herzlichkeit. Überragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis/Leistung angemessen.

Les chambres sont très bien. La place est belle à regarder mais difficile de s'y baigner à cause des roches et des oursins.

海灘沒有別的酒店好看，其他的都還可以！服務態度都很好，每個工作人員都笑笑的。不付費的餐廳衹有一個，吃的和其他酒店有差別…估計其他幾個的餐廳都是需要預訂以及付費的

很棒！酒店環境餐食都很好！

酒店房型很舒適，設施很新，服務一流，從下飛機的一刻就有酒店安排人員接機指引上車送至酒店入住，回程時機場也就酒店安排人員指引至辦理登機處。酒店自助餐很豐富。

接近3000人仔一晚，Mini bar都要收費，太小氣了！房間很大，但晚上的club，音樂太大聲，很噪！
