Rude behavior noticed from the security staff near entrance  with local guest, this was informed to reception staff

房間很大，但是衞生一般，客房服務更是一般，訂的雙床房結果給了一張大床房和一個臨時小童床。攜程也是非常差，協調4天都沒協調好。該酒店所屬海域也是很差的一帶，海水渾濁，海灘也不乾淨！！關鍵在該酒店過聖誕節還被強制消費315刀！！

性價比不匹配價格

Just returned from 12 nights at the Radisson Blu Azuri and it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the service from every single member of staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are well kept, rooms spacious and clean and facilities are excellent. We used the gym, tennis and all of the water sports on offer, the beach isn’t crystal clear but still fine to swim with great views or take the boat to the platform for perfect snorkelling. We managed to eat at all of the restaurants (Black Rock, Cafe Gioia twice and Nines). The buffet restaurant had great variety and catered well for our 2 kids and the Easter spread was a welcomed surprise. Pool table and sky sports at the black rock was appreciated by our son. Credit system for the 3 restaurants worked well and we only paid an additional £40 over the course of the 12 days for the 5 visits. We also did various activities (beach volley, football and fishing to name a few) and visited the market which the hotel put on a free shuttle bus twice a week. A lovely area / complex and we would certainly return.

We had a nice stay. The plus points are: 1. Thanks to Sheetal. We received a warm welcome and were upgraded to a suite with pool and were offered late check-out. 2. The swimming pool near the restaurant is nice and the one in the gym is even better 3. All staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Mr. who usually refills the mini bar who accepted to remove all the alcoholic drinks from the minibar despite our request was refused on the previous day. Staffs at le Comptoir offered a good service too. 4. The suite including the bathroom is super spacious and my son did not want to get out of the pool. 5. The buffet restaurant is not that big but you do have a choice for everyone. Points for improvement: 1. The staff should take out the luggage from the guests’ car as we were asked to remive ours. I think this is the bare minimum for a hotel. 2. The kids club is quite small and not many variety of activities.

4 Star is about right for this resort . The hotel is very nice. Food is great and the pools are nice , we had a lovely room very clean and modern. If you are a beach lover this is not the place for you. The beach here is nice but nowhere close to some of the exceptional beaches on the island. We hired a car which was very cheap to explore. The food was very good but I would say that some of the so called Alicarte resturants are questionable. The Italian is not a very good setting and the food wasn't to good . The golf club house was nice food and the general buffet was excellent each day and night. The staff were great all round they were very kind and helpful to my family. We had a great time here , thanks to all the staff

The resort is beautiful and has breathtaking views. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention Mr. Vinay and Ramesh. They were super friendly amd helpful. Food was good. We are veg so they had several options for it. Highly highly recommended.

I would like to give 5 stars to Radisson Blu Azuri team. Over all our 7 days experience was excellent. Location is perfect if you are looking for a getaway for the hussel and bussel of the city life. The lunch and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties. They often had live music in the evenings. All our concerns and smallest requirements were looked after. They had some amazing water activities at the boat club like kayaking, snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride etc. A special thank you to the following staff who made our stay a memorable one. Wow where to begin. Our stay at the Azuri was nothing short of spectacular. What makes the resort really special are the people. There are too many names to mention, but I will give it my best shot. The restaurant team were wonderful and special shout outs to Ramesh, Joshua, Suraj, Heert and the many more smiling faces that make this resort so special. Equally the food was of an excellent quality and the chefs were always happy to prepare made to order requests. The front of house team were equally attentive, professional and caring and made the whole holiday soo special. Adesh, Satish and the wonderful front of house team were always on hand to deal with any requests with a smile. Roy from the entertainments team was also so fantastic as were the great team members at the boathouse and activities team. Vinay was undoubtedly the star of the show. His attention to detail and willingness to impart his knowledge and help in arranging some memorable excursions all made for a magical and memorable holiday. The grounds are immaculate as are the rooms and the the Housekeeping team work so hard all day long to keep it so. The wildlife you see on the grounds is truly spellbinding and all contributed to the amazing time my family experienced. As travellers we always try to only visit locations once, but Mauritius and speciaifically the Azuri hotel and the team captured our hearts and we will definately be going back again within the next couple of years. Thankyou again for a truly magical experience.

The hotel was amazing and all the staff were very Friendly. The manager Vinay was great and helped organise a lot of trips for us! The food was amazing and had a wide variety of different foods for all. The activities through the hotels were good fun and the staff that take you are all very nice. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would go back. This is also a great base for exploring the island.

A piece of paradise, intimate. I needed to recharge my batteries and I did. The blackrock team as a whole is truly amazing and exceptionally . Special thanks to our beautiful lady kheerty(one of the best),very attentive and always welcome us with a big smile. Will surely be back Love caroline and Jb

Excellent Stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Went on the hotel organised forest walk and also the cave walk which were both fantastic and our guide was great and answered all our questions. Both Josh and Dev looked after us during our meals and share tips on places to visit on our day trips as well. Vinay is in overall charge of the hotel experience and ensured that you had everything that you needed and was happy to assist organising additional trips so that you can get the most out of your time on the island. If you are exploring the island the hotel will provide you food and water as part of a packed lunch if you ask them the night before. Remember your water shoes as the water can have coral / stones that are sharp.

We had an absolutely first class experience here. The hotel, extensive gardens and beach were immaculate and our rooms were beautiful. Vinnay , the Manager, was a great guy, nothing was too much bother and he and his staff couldn't do enough to make our trip more pleasurable. We took part in some of the activities which were offered by the hotel and these were well organised and informed. Can highly recommend!
