One&Only le Saint Geran

We only stayed one night as a treat for my husband's birthday. The service was impeccable. The kids loved waterskiing at the St Geran as the boat can take them in the backwaters, which are very calm compared to the ocean. The kids said this was their favorite hotel

All was perfect... staff is very kind and very helpful. Our family recommended this resort. It´s perfect resort for family .its many possibilities of sport - gym, tennis, padel...The coach of tennis are very perfect. Spa is nice. They use Guerlain cosmetics. I highly reccomend try some treatment.

This Grand Dame, just keeps better and better. Thank you to all who are responsible for delivery such exquisite memories. We will be back in 2025 for sure.

We were actually staying at another competitor hotel for 9 nights but were so disappointed that we left after 3 nights and checked into the One & Only Le Saint Geran. . It was a different class and turned our holiday from a 1 out to 10 to a 10 out of 10. The hotel was immaculate and the restaurants were all of fantastic quality. All of the staff at the hotel were brilliant and provided a personal service with nothing being too much trouble. A special thanks to Shub who was our main host during our stay. It proved to us that the One & Only brand is the best around the world.

We were in need of rest This was an excellent vacation, we especially enjoyed the service on the beach : shade under the cabanas, delicious food and attentive beach boys and girl! We were blessed with around the clock special concierge service, very practical for planning the day ahead from the confort of the room or the cabana on the beach. There is a good atmosphere in the resort, paddle and tennis coach were very competent. Everyone was so welcoming and nice . We enjoyed the food with a special mention to “la pointe” restaurant, atmospheric beach restaurant open for lunch ! Extremely enjoyable, can’t wait to be back ..

Fantastic resort. Tropical vibes, great service and plenty of activities as well as restaurants. The new beach is great and the vibe is what you picture when you see the online images. Great for a honeymoon or to tick that Mauritius box off your bucket list.

Having heard good things about Le Saint Geran from friends it took us a while to go ourselves, and that was a mistake. We should have gone many years before. Fabulous hotel that caters for your family’s every need to ensure that you maximise your time there. Whether you wish to stay in resort or visit other areas of the beautiful island the guest experience team are on hand 24/7 to assist with your plans. Special mention to our guest service team (there is more than one) Baasil, Rohan, Andreas and Prunella. Communicating via WhatsApp, responses were received immediately and absolutely everything we needed was taken care of. Thank you. Also the team at La Pointe cabanas and pool, Yogesh, Eric and Kumar were on hand to make sure your day was as relaxing as possible, nothing was too much trouble, top class service. Only wish we had visited the hotel earlier but a certainty we will visit again soon.

Truly exceptional property. The best part about the property is the lovely staff who took such special care of us. Special thanks to the hosts (Kiran, Thaarish and Hrithik) who were pretty much available 24/7 to take care of our needs. We have a special diet (we are vegetarian and vegan and the hotel staff made special yummy dishes for us which everyone including the kids enjoyed). A big thank you to Kumar (F&B supervisor), Mamdeen (head waiter at Le Terrasse), Lakshmi (Le Terrasse) and Kamal (mixologist at Le Terrasse bar) who introduced me to the best rum drinks in the world (I was never a rum drinker before).

Not ideal time for couples this time of year as mid Oct to End November is apparently school breaks in Europe. Most there were families and lots of kids. Discovered this week that I need to review all Trip Advisor comments, and realized most comments were from families not couples. Beautiful property great for tennis and golf, and families. Food was pretty good, the Asian restaurant was the best. Staff everywhere was very good, in particular the Asian restaurant. Make dinner reservations before you go as it completely books. The only negatives for me were: Live - very loud music every night until 10:30. Really didn’t make sense at all to have US rock and roll type outdoor music that late at night, was very weird. Our room was too close to the band, so likely not an issue with many of the rooms. The other is the staff is a bit too much attentive, yeah sounds weird but if you go you will see. Some resorts you never see staff, some it’s perfect this was just a bit too much all the time, yes very nit picky! Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen.
