這個酒店好像在公園裡，人與自然和諧共處，酒店的按摩是我去過的酒店最好的，手法一流，環境優美，印象深刻。酒店工作人員熱情，服務周到，度假好去處，我現在換了酒店有點後悔想要換回去這裏。

Территория отеля очень зелёная и красивая ! То , что я искала на Маврикий, но не нашла в другом отеле ! Здесь же всё и поющие птицы и виды , есть пляж для купания с лагуной , а есть дикий с огромными волнами для фотографии или просто наслаждениями видами , гольф , тёплый джакузи под открытым небом , бассейны , прекрасные видовые номера , виллы с собственным бассейном отличные! С питанием тоже все хорошо! Встретили игристым проводили тортом, сделали апгрейд виллы ! Хотя отпуск был омрачён тем фактом , что я оставила купальник ERES на вилле 216 на вешалке в ванной … писала везде и вот уже две недели , я получаю ответ … « нет нет никто ничего нигде не находил» ну естественно ! Искать не надо было , он там был …Делаем выводы ….может управляющий и не в курсе ситуации, ну так хоть может и прочитает , надеюсь все ещё со свяжутся по возврату

Our stay in this hotel was very fantastic. The ocean pool villa was very private and gorgeous. Very delicious food, nice view and facilities. Special thanks to our butler Amal who was very kind. Amal always gave us quick respond. Thanks again Amal.

Stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. Amal, our butler, has to be recognised for his service and level of detail. He looked after us with every query we had and even took the time to do things extra special for us. "Amal, you are enormous asset of the resort and an absolute blessing to guests staying at Shanti Maurice!" We were able to meet the resort manager (Brice), he was very welcoming and if there were any queries or issues, he made enquiries as to why and solved them asap. Service at the restaurants was slow, I feel the layout of the bar in relation to the kitchen isn't ideal as they are on different sides of the resort and this one bar is for the entire resort (except at Lakze Mama and The Rum Shed) which slows things further in my opinion. This made waiting longer than expected for drinks to arrive. We booked the couple “candlelight dinner” and their service wasn’t much. Enter if not slightly worse. Poor communication and teamwork between staff during meal times it seems. However, the Rum Shed restaurant level of service was much better. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was nice too with relaxed atmosphere. Overall a pleasant stay with beautiful rooms and settings with plenty on offer however service let it down in expectations.

Our stay at Shanti Maurice was truly magical, and what made it so special were the incredible people who work there. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of kindness and care that we will never forget. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. A special shoutout to Amal, who left no wish unfulfilled and made sure every detail of our stay was catered to. Amal managed everything beautifully, providing us with a vacation that left no room for anything else than pure relaxation. The Rum Shed team was another highlight of our stay. Vishal and Vick, along with the entire team, made every evening unforgettable with exceptional food, professional service, and great laughs. Their energy and warmth created such a welcoming atmosphere, and we looked forward to dining there every night. What also touched us was how the staff treated the animals on the property with care and respect, which only added to the peaceful environment. The spa at Shanti Maurice is a sanctuary of relaxation. Therapists like Buda and Sheila worked their magic, making any pain or stress melt away with their expert treatments. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Overall, the people at Shanti Maurice made our trip one we will cherish forever. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests made this experience truly unique. We cannot recommend this place enough!

World class hotel with beautiful beaches and well maintained gardens and orchards. Members of staff provides an excellent service both at the Stars and Rhum Shed restaurants serving fresh and delicious food. Our special thanks goes to Ashvina at the Stars and Keshav, Vishal and Vick at Rhum Shed as well an Budha and Margaret at the Spa who made our stay memorable.

My family and I had a Wonderful time at this dreamy resort on the south of the island! The staff was lovely and receptive, especially Amal, our assigned butler who was there for us for anything, and a great person to be around. The resort is peaceful, spacious, resourceful with many pleasant sports and activities held by Oliver, who would qualify almost as a personal coach during our trip! The house we stayed in was spacious, clean and of remarkable luxury. Thank you to the Shanti staff who made this trip so special and unforgettable for my Family.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and stunning, it was lovely waking up to an ocean view. The service we received was exceptional especially from Vashish and Vishal who always went above and beyond. The spa was so relaxing and I loved that they had junior treatments for my girls, they loved their experience. I would definitely recommend this place, we had a wonderful family holiday.
