Martina and Michael are lovely people. We landed just before the storm and even though the electric was off through our stay we had wonderful breakfasts and lovely chats with them. We were here to house search and so after tiring days in the car we would be comfortable in the room. The Irish soda bread is tasty and we had scrambled eggs. Cereal. Yoghurt fruit 😋 lovely stay.

The very best nights sleep, such comfortable beds, bedding and pillows! Lovely stay. Easy parking. Very pleasant and friendly service., perfect breakfast. Spotless and peaceful. Lovely views of Ireland in Autumn n. Very spacious. room. Thank you!

Wonderful, an impressive looking building from the outside, quality inside. Our room overlooked the front garden, very peaceful location. The room was comfortable, clean, cosy, very high standard. The breakfast was amazing, nothing too much trouble at all. Martina was just wonderful, so friendly and chatty. Really was a pleasure to stay here. A revisit is on the cards.

I stayed with my sister, Nana and uncle last week. You feel so at home here. The house is warm and cosy, it feels like you’re going to stay with a relative. You can tell a lot of love is put into this place. Martina was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with soft furnishings that made it easy to relax, quality bedding, comfortable mattress, plush carpets… just couldn’t be better. Although I had cereal for breakfast (I’m not good with hot food in a morning) my family all had the full Irish on both days and said it was perfectly cooked and tasty. The whole experience was great from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, surely the best bed & breakfast in Ireland! Thank you for having us ☺️

We stayed in the annexe of this house which was brilliant. 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom had a double bed, sofa, table and 5 chairs A beautiful en suite and a small compact kitchen with a fridge and all of the amenities to make breakfast. Lots of fruit,cereals tea,coffee milk etc. Amazing. Second bedroom had a double and single bed. The owner Martina was so lovely nothing was a problem. Very quiet but convenient to the main street where had had a fab meal.. and yet a few mike from Knock...Brilliant place to stay. We will be back

So homely with clean, spacious rooms, well stocked with all you could need. Beds and shower both perfect and great welcoming hosts. Breakfast was spot on and great location for exploring. Parking was easy out front of house and quiet even though it’s on the main road.

My wife and I stayed at the seven oaks on a visit to Knock Shrine which is only a short 10 minute drive away. Martina our host was very welcoming and showed us to our room which was very spacious with a view of the front garden and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time. She took our order for breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this B&B

Very modern accommodation. Just a short way out of Ballyhaunis and easy to find on Knock road. The room was very comfortable and the ensuite was more than adequate. The bed and pillows were probably close to the best we've experience in our travels over the years. The breakfast was good and the hostess was very pleasant.

Visiting my sister in Ireland for the first time. This b and b a perfect place to stay. Big room, big bed, en-suite with toiletries, big breakfast, all spotlessly clean. Room serviced daily, helpful hostess - Martina. Big beautiful house, free parking. Absolutely perfect.
