The hotel is clean and everyone on the staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful EXCEPT one. On most reviews she is known as the RED Hair front desk worker, but she has Changed her hair color to Blonde BUT unfortunately her ATTITUDE has not changed!! She acts like she does NOT ever want to be here or work - EVER! She is rude, not helpful, and will ignore you until she feels ready to serve you unless management is around then she is a little better but otherwise is HORRIBLE! I do not see how she has a job in hospitality when she has absolutely NONE! Then every shift she works except when management is there her friends or family members sit in the lobby with her. When you come up, she acts as if you are interrupting their important conversation and rolls her eyes, she is short and will ignore you at will. She puts a stain on the rest of the staff, the hotel, reputation, and management that are the exact opposite and pleasant to work with. She should not be the face, or the first face you meet checking in because she will definitely give the wrong impression nor the person that is supposed to help or assist the guests on their stay. It was due to the other staff and respect I have for them as well as their professionalism that I have refrained from speaking about her incompetence to serve in hospitality, however, she has gotten worse and can no longer not say anything.
